We are enjoying the vehicle and Michael's ability to connect with our personalities made the experience enjoyable unlike the experience we had when we purchased our last new car. I hated the car for 3 years just because the saleman was so pushy and uncaring and all he wanted was to make a sale. Very unpleasant experience. By the way, the car we purchased was not a Honda. Even though it took three days to get everything finalized, I was confident that the entire team, from sales to finance, had our best interest in mind. Robert and Michael are the reason I continue to come to Arrowhead Honda. I have trusted my 2003 Honda Civic to Arrowhead Honda since I purcahsed it for all of my maintenance, and not once - NOT ONCE - Arrowhead Honda. I have trusted my 2003 Honda Civic to Arrowhead Honda since I purcahsed it for all of my maintenance, and not once - NOT ONCE - have I *ever* been on the side of the road. These guys care about the customer, and it's difficult to find anyone who stands behind their product these days. But they do. And the costs for maintenance aren't "dealer high". They're reasonable, and they do great work. I will continue to be a customer. More

I went to look at a used car and Mike worked really hard to help me find the best car for me. I drove many cars and he clearly explained all of my options. I leased a new car in the end. I was referred to Arrowhead Honda first through a neighbor and through the Costco auto program. I was not disappointed. The price of the new car was fair, but trade-in value I was given was 10% und neighbor and through the Costco auto program. I was not disappointed.
