Michael Massey was not only extremely helpful, he was very polite and well mannered. He was a joy to work with. I hated the car for 3 years just because the saleman was so pushy and uncaring and all he wanted was to make a sale. Very unpleasant experience. By the way, the car we purchased was not a Honda. Robert and Michael are the reason I continue to come to Arrowhead Honda. I have trusted my 2003 Honda Civic to Arrowhead Honda since I purcahsed it for all of my maintenance, and not once - NOT ONCE - Arrowhead Honda. These guys care about the customer, and it's difficult to find anyone who stands behind their product these days. But they do. And the costs for maintenance aren't "dealer high". I was referred to Arrowhead Honda first through a neighbor and through the Costco auto program. I was not disappointed.
