The situation was unique but my sales rep Ken Jugan, treated me like a real customer and genuinely understood my situation. I was able to trade in my new Civic for a certified Accord that exceeded my expectations. The transaction was pretty much communicated over the phone and when I arrived at the dealership Ken had everything ready. Not only did the car exceed my expectation but so did the service. Even Jason Heximer in Finance new about my situation and made the paperwork seemless. I was impressed by everyone and extremely appreciative for their efforts. More
I checked dealer ratings before shopping, and noted that Arrowhead rated tops. Since I had previously had service with them for several years a while ago and they did good work then and always honored the Arrowhead rated tops. I had checked up on the internet before I started out to see what was available, what I might expect for condition, age, and price for a recent used Honda 2-door coupe so I knew, in general, what to expect. I called Arrowhead and talked to a salesman and told him I would be in early next day. I showed up there at 7:45 A.M. on July 2, my salesman wasn't in yet and had arranged for someone else to help me but he didn't seem to be on deck. Right after I parked my 2008 Ford Focus which I planned to trade in, Michael Massey greeted me and put out a call to find the person who was to help me, then found me a place to discuss what I wanted and told me about availability. By the time the salesman showed up I pretty much knew my choices. The person who was supposed to help me was very nice, but after talking to him a bit, I felt the person who didn't leave me to hunt for my designated salesman and got me settled comfortably where I could find out quickly what I might be interested in so I could go elsewhere if Arrowhead didn't have what I wanted was more able to meet my requirements. The change in salesmen was amicably made, and we got down to business. I didn't want a new car, and the two which satisfied my requirements came down to a 2009 and a 2010 coupe. The price was only a difference of $1000, but I didn't want a car someone had put 20K miles on in a year and then turned it in. I also didn't really want to get a car with 34K miles on it, since the car I was trading in only had 36K. But after seeing the good condition of both cars and driving the 2009, I was swayed to the 2009,since that averaged 14K per year. 6 months was left on dealer's waarranty, plus 2 years for the certification, so I reconciled myself, since I had come back to Honda for several features I missed in my Focus. Dickering was very amicable: I got what I considered a good trade, a good price on the 2009, and a last additional demand I wanted was met. When the contract was written up I also elected the extended warranty when I was given a good price it it. More
I just wanted to say that I am always treated very nicely by my service advisor, Brian Coover. He always makes sure that my 2005 Honda CRV is properly serviced. I bought my 2005 Honda CRV from Arrowhead Honda when it was new, had it serviced there every 5000 miles, and this most recent visit was for it's 105,000 mile service. My recommendations to others is for them to go to Arrowhead Honda for sales and service. If I am contacted for an email questionaire, I will be sure to pass this on to them. Sincerely, Frank J. I purchased my first vehicle from Brian 3 mos ago. I never once felt pressured to purchase and everyone i dealt with at the dealership was very friendly. They worked extra hard to get me financed even with my not so good credit. I then went back to Brian just last week as I was in the market for another used vehicle. This time I purchased a 2004 Toyota Tundra from him. Again he was extremely knowledgable about the trucks features and went out of his way to make sure it met my demands. Once again the finance team at Arrowhead Finance came thru and got me the monthly pmt I needed. I love both vehicles I purchased and would recommend anyone I know to buy from Brian and Arrowhead Honda. We found Arrowhead Honda by using the internet to search for a new Odyssey minivan. Based on the lack of inventory here in Las Vegas and the lack of competitive pricing, we had decided not to buy. But then, we got the information from Arrowhead Honda. Robert Goodkin at Arrowhead Honda in Peoria, AZ was very proactive. He called and emailed us several times with the dealership's latest offers, incentives, and contact information. He sent us emails with links to their website. On the website, we could see real vehicles (by VIN) that the dealership had in stock and compare their colors, features, and prices. Robert was able to offer a better, more equipped minivan for substantially less cost than here in Las Vegas. His offer persuaded us to drive to Phoenix and it was worth the trip. Once we arrived at Arrowhead Honda, the buying process was quick and efficient. We were there for barely 3 hours and were successful in test-driving the new Odyssey, negotiating a fair price for our trade-in, and completing the loan paperwork. We arrived in an old car and left about 3 hours later in a brand new one. Robert and the other staff members at Arrowhead (Tracey Ford in Sales and Jeff Sokol in Finance) took very good care of us. This is the best car-buying experience we have ever had in 23 years of marriage. And, since then, Kathleen who works vehicle titles and registration at Arrowhead has helped us with getting our vehicle registered out of state. More
We were just coming back from another Honda dealrship (how dare they call themselves a dealership!) and encouraged my husband to stop at Arrowhead Honda. The other dealership structure inside the showroom was dirty, the sales person did NOT know his product and a vulture in the parking lot was almost in our car before we even got into the parking spot! So back to Arrowhead! I was referred to Mike by his dad, with whom I work, and could not have been more pleased with a knowledgeable salesman! Mike knew his product inside out and did his job expediciously and beyond the realm of expectations. I turned in my leased vehicle and leased another. Mike had to go to Mesa to pick up the car so after the appointment with the financing department (Jeff Sokol was great too!), we went for a bite to eat. When we returned, Mike was already back with the car and it was being detailed. He got into the car with us and showed us the navigation system, pared my bluetooth phone and imported my phone book, all the while showing us what this car had to offer. The lease was great! No money down, took my two year old leased car in trade, and lowered my monthly payment by a bit. Couldn't have asked for more and I got EXACTLY the car I wanted. Robert ______ was also great in locating and negotiating for the car. I also got a follow-up call from Mike asking if everything was OK. It sure was. I will definitely be referring Mike and Arrowhead Honda to my friends and clients. Thanks again for a pleasureable experience! More
I dropped my car off for service but while on the website noticed they had a good used car in my (low) price range. Called Ron and he informed me that car was sold. he called back later to tell me that they noticed they had a good used car in my (low) price range. I HATE the car buying process and told Ron what I needed for bottom line and asked him to bring me best offer the first time. I felt it was a fair offer and i was so appreciative that he did not waste my time. He cleaned up the car, I picked it up the next day and am very happy with the car and the experience! Unrelated, my other car (2004 Honda purchased from Arrowhead) was being serviced. it was done in the same day and Robert was open and honest with me on what needed done and what could wait based on my financial situation. I've always used Arrowhead Honda for my service and appreciate their help as we work within my (usually limited) budget to maintain and extend the life of my car. I will be buying a new car within two years and can guarantee I'll be buying it from Ron at Arrowhead. Thank you! More
We (my wife & I) went to Arrowhead Honda a few weeks ago because of an Odyssey we saw online. When we arrived to look at it in person, Eric met us in the lot. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The car we wanted to see was a new acuisition for them & had not even been through the "certification process" yet, so it took a while to locate it but he was happy to drive us around on the golf cart in search. Once we found it, we took it for a test drive (a decent one city & highway, which I've found not many dealers we've been to do a highway test drive). We loved the car but the price we saw on the internet really was their bottom line and it was just a little too much for us right now. That is fine though I would rather have it be too much and not budge than the sales person lower the price 7 times while each time saying "This is as low as I can go" then getting the manager and having them give us 2 more lower prices (this happened at Right Honda -- will never go back there again, high pressure, getting angry at us for not being able to afford something, etc.). Anyway, Arrowhead Honda will recieve my business when I can afford the quality I feel they have. More
We decided to buy our 2008 Honda Odyssey coming off a lease. Eric was very good in providing me with my options as I had plenty of questions.
