Doug was wonderful. He listened to what I wanted. Asked me questions that helped me refine my search. He understood my needs and ultimatley I ended up with the best car- 2012 Civic. They provided us with the information we requested without all the dancing around if you will, and we made an educated decision based on our needs, our wants, and the non-pressure atmosphere of our team. TY to Tracy, who initiated our call back, and to Robert who handled our needs, and to Sam who was our salesman and who has the patience of a saint, and to Jason who handled our financing and without his information we would have walked away with only one vehicle instead of two and we would have paid more in interest and to Richard for his timely call back and friendliness in service.
