Was given an internet price and came in to negotiate. They added $400 for the window tinting, $400 for laser etched window id, $500 for locking wheel nuts, plus there was a docking fee added in. I offered a $1000 less than what they wanted and they would not lower their price. I left and will not go back and will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I purchased my Honda Accord Coupe from this dealership just over a year ago. I have had outstanding service from the moment I walked in. The sales rep asked me what I was looking for and provided me with a couple additional items that I was not aware of. In addition there was some items that I wanted that were not an option through Honda but he was able to find a solution for me. I worked with Jason. WHen I was in there again this last week for service Jason remembered me. He asked me both how my car was, but he also remembered that I walk the 3 day event so asked me how my training was going for that. When I showed up for my service this week I brought my car in while I was working. The service rep was aware that I was working and was able to get my car in and out in a very timely manner. In the past I have alway brought my other car to the acura dealer for service - however the service representative let me know that they can take care of that car as well so I will be bringing that one in this Tuesday. No-one likes to take their car in for service as well all know that the maintenance can be expensive. However with the service that I have received each time it takes a bit of the pain away. Thank you all for the wonderful experience that you provide each and every time. More

David Scott is the only Service Advisor I want to deal with. If he has the day off, I will wait and bring my car in for service when he is in. If there is anything seriously wrong with your car he will explain it in enough detail so you understand the issue. I’ve bought two cars from Arrowhead Honda so they must be doing something right. I started to go to the Arrowhead Honda service department after received unacceptable customer service at another dealership.
