I visited numerous dealerships around the Valley while shopping for a new van. The salesman at Arrowhead Honda, Michael Massey, was very educated on the features on the Honda Odyssey. My mother and I went into Arrowhead Honda today; we were greeted kindly By Brian A. We were driving a Dodge van and the gas was just killing us. We looked at one other model the Honda makes; Brian suggested we look at the 2012 Honda Civic. We had previously purchased a used Honda Civic a few years ago when we had another van stolen. Therefore we had great faith in returning to the dealership. Brian was thoughtful, kind and was not a high pressure sales person. He told us what we needed to know about the new Civic and the gas mileage, on how it would help us. Honestly we did not even plan on buying today. However, with the kindness he showed us and got us the best deal for our circumstances. I am very grateful for Brian, and the financing gentleman, (He looks like John Elway) I am so sorry I forgot your name. You are a wonderful kind person too. I've been using Arrowhead's Service via David Scott for over 6 years (pretty unusual in the Car business, I think). They're not the cheapest, but through David they are the most consistently thorough, get over 6 years (pretty unusual in the Car business, I think). If David moves to another dealer, if he's available in commuting distance from my home, I'm there and so are my family's vehicles, including my 88 year old Father, who also appreciates David's honesty and patience.
