After some really bad experiences at other dealers I went to Arrowhead Honda. I worked with Dino Krallis and he was AMAZING! He made buying my new 2012 Civic Hybrid a fun experience. Our salesman, Danny Corrales, did an excellent job of answering all of our questions, explaining the differences between the various model types, encouraging us to test drive the vehicles if we wished,an answering all of our questions, explaining the differences between the various model types, encouraging us to test drive the vehicles if we wished,and, most importantly, did not try to high pressure us into buying something that we didn't want and let us have time to consider our purchase. We had visited several other dealerships (Toyota, Hyundai and Chevrolet) and our experience at Arrowhead Honda and with Danny was hands down the best and most professional. Ultimately, that is what convinced us to buy a Honda, even as much as the car itself, which we LOVE! Jeff Sokol was also polite and informative and gave us some good advice regarding financing.
