My wife and I recently leased our 2nd Honda with the help of Scott Walther, and our 3rd Honda overall. Both times dealing with Scott has been a very pleasant experience, and even though Arrowhead Honda is a of Scott Walther, and our 3rd Honda overall. Both times dealing with Scott has been a very pleasant experience, and even though Arrowhead Honda is a very busy dealer, we never felt hurried or pressured to purchase. With the help of Scott, we were able turn our 1st lease a few months early when we wanted something new, then again with the help of Scott, we were able to turn our 2nd lease quite a bit early for a new model. I really like the leasing program. My wife always drives a new vehicle that is safe, and it offers a lot of flexibility since life always changes with kids etc. Since Hondas hold their value so well, the lease works out great. This most recent lease went very smoothly since we communicated with Scott ahead of time and explained our wants and needs. Upon arrival, we were able to test drive the 2 possible choices, and Scott had the paperwork already drawn up. We have enjoyed 2 Accords and Pilot very much, thanks again Scott! More
Scott was very helpful upon arrival to the dealership. Instead, felt like he was more of a consumer advocate than a salesman. Scott allowed us a couple days to think about our options before coming back in after making peace with our decision. We ended up accepting Hondas lease option and leasing a new Honda Odyssey from Scott. More
I just wanted to take a moment to point out how unbelievably pleased I was when I brought my car(s) in for service to Arrowhead Honda. Being that we purchased all four of our Hondas at Arrowhead, we weren’t sure what to expect when it came to the Service Department. Based upon how we have been treated over the years by Guy Hernandez, we will continue to purchase our vehicles as well as get them serviced ONLY at Arrowhead Honda! Just recently, we ran into a string of bad luck with the cars and were forced to bring them in one after another. Rather than shying away from me when I arrived with the latest service request, Guy walked right up and as he always does, put me at ease regarding the repairs that were necessary and gave me piece of mind during a stressful time. In addition to having the vehicle repaired right, Guy routinely has my vehicles repaired at the time that he promises to get them back to me. A HUGE thank you to Guy Hernandez and all the wonderful people at Arrowhead Honda. I look forward to a long and wonderful business relationship. More
Arrowhead has always provided the best Salesman and Maintenance personnel. I won't let anyone touch my car except Richard Ellis. From now on the only salesman I will contact will be Dino Krallis. They are both friendly, honest and go beyond the call of duty to do there job. They never rush when they are with you and they make you feel like you are the most important customer they have ever dealt with. I have purchased five cars from Arrowhead of which 4 was new and 1 used car. I have never had any problems with the Hondas and I hope I will have the same experience with the Saturn. Since Richard and Dino took care of me I am completely confident that everything is going to be great with the latest purchase. After looking at several automobiles we ask a number of questions from Scott,and left your dealership to review other possibilties. Two days later we returned to your dealership and ask for Scott. After two test drives and additional information supplied by Scott, my wife and I decided on the Honda Accord. Scott was one of the most polite and enjoyable sales people we have had the pleasure of meeting. More

This was the best auto buying experience we have ever had in 49 years. In that period of time, we have bought 13 new and 4 used vehicles. Tracey, Charlie and Ron were PHENOMENAL to work with!! We started our purchase by submitting a price request at TrueCar.com. Arrowhead was one of the three responses we received. A year ago, we had considered purchasing a Honda and had spoken with Mike McDanel on the phone. Even though we never made a buy, we were very impressed with Mike and Arrowhead. Therefore, we called Tracey Ford at Arrowhead to arrange an appointment. Mike was not working that day so Tracey assigned Charlie to work with us. Charlie is a no pressure, smart and very helpful person. We did not wrap up the transaction with Charlie because we had to leave the dealership for a couple of hours and Charlie was finishing his shift. Charlie reassigned us to Ron Cross and we completed the purchase transaction with Ron after our return. You cannot go wrong buying at Arrowhead. I will recommend the dealership wholeheartedly to all of our children and Phoenix area friends. More
I had planned to go to your dealership to purchase a Pilot until my daughter and her boyfriend had the experience that followed their lease of a Pilot. Jason was her sales rep. and misrepresented what was included in the package she chose. When they pursued the matter by calling customer service they spoke with Jennifer. Jennifer was rude, and also allowed Jason to lie when he was questioned, using the response, "I don't recall saying that" repeatedly. All for a part that completed the package and cost less than $100 dollars. THIS is the reason my family has been with Toyota for 36 years - honesty and dependability! I won't be switching now................... More
This dealership does not effectively service the customers. Their online service scheduler is inaccurate, and i have scheduled service 3 times on this site and they have called and cancelled the ap customers. Today i came in for an oil change, and waited outside for 12 minutes while all of the svice guys stood around, because the svice man, david mckee, that i had been "assigned" to, was busy. David was very nice, but after dealing with his unprofessional staff, i was a Radyfrustrated. When i went to talk to a svice person about a part, he turned around and walked away. When I brought that up for the service manager on duty, he just listened but didnt have any good reason why that was happening. The man who had walked away even walked by, and still defended his actions. Bottom line: If youre looking for good service, find another dealer. I have never had these issues at any other Honda dealership except at Arrowhead Honda. More
