The product really sells itself, but the whole experience with the sales personnel and financing makes it even better! This is the third Honda I have purchased, and can't imagine driving anything but a Honda. Not just because of the car, but because of the people too! I have always taken my Honda's to Big O for oil changes, but after my experience at Arrowhead, and how close it is to where I live, I will be taking my car there for service. I love my Fit. I had been comparing other cars over the internet, but just couldn't change my mind to purchase anything other than a Honda for all of the reasons I just mentioned! More

We bought a car from Arrowhead Honda about a year and a half ago and the experience was outstanding, so when we decided to buy another car this is the first place we went. Dealing with them is not your typical car dealership experience, they work to please the customer, they're not pushy or try to force you into anything your not looking for. The customer service at this dealership is exceptionally poor. On several occasions I've come in to have simple repair work done on my vehicle, only to be hassled by the service providers. On the first occa poor. On several occasions I've come in to have simple repair work done on my vehicle, only to be hassled by the service providers. On the first occasion, my tire was deflating due to a screw in the tire. The service person told me they don't patch tires and didn't even offer to look at my car. I then had to drive even further to discount tire to get it patched (which they did for free). They also informed me I needed new tires soon (which I would have gotten that day at Honda, if they had bothered to look). I called and left a message regarding this for the service manager, who never called me back. The next time I came in, my husband made the appointment to get my oil changed and new tires. When I came in, Tom Carroll had no idea what I was there for (which is fine but I felt hassled about it). He made it seem like it was somehow my fault. When I got home, my car still said I only had 15% oil life. Which means, they either didn't change it or they forgot to reset it. When we called to ask about this, we were given more excuses and blame shifting. Its just lazy work and I'll never go back. More
I came to Arrowhead Honda with my dad after going to 5 other dealerships and having a horrible experience. We were expecting the same when we came here, but were pleasantly surprised. Brian Alexander approached us while we were looking in the lot. He asked what we were looking for and stuck to what we said we wanted. He was not pushy or condescending, and remained cordial the entire time. Brian took into consideration our price limits and didn't try to push us into something higher than we were comfortable. I decided to purchase a Honda Accord and never felt pushed into the decision. The staff here are not like other dealerships and are a pleasure to work with! More
I went into Arrowhead Honda over the Labor Day weekend. I was completely unsatisfied on how this dealer does business. My coworker referred me to this dealer based on their customer service and fair price. I was completely unsatisfied on how this dealer does business. I left this dealer without a new vehicle and a sour taste in my mouth. I received very high pressure sales tactics, as well as felt like I was being treated like an idiot by their sales manager. It was nothing like I imagined and I will differently not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
Scott is a true professional. He goes out of his way to obtain for the customer the best deal possible. Worst dealership I have ever been to!! They required my credit card statement and joe would not return it. I called numerous times to get it back and would not answer. Went into the store and he told the p credit card statement and joe would not return it. I called numerous times to get it back and would not answer. Went into the store and he told the people to tell him he left a while ago, so I asked for it back from them and they claimed they didn't have the key only a general manager and I asked if the manager could get it and they told me he couldn't go in the room to get it he didn't have the key either. I was asking and waiting for 30 minutes. My mother went in right after and joe was standing there and told her he lost my credit card statement and has no idea where he put it. I then had to cancell my credit card because he probably kept it to take my card number. I highly doubt that he "lost" it. Completly unexceptable and I truly hopes he looses his job over this! He is a Lieing sorry excuse for a person who should never be trusted. He also tried to charge me waaaay over price and give me penny's for my car as a trade. I hope he reads this so he knows what people truly think about him. Joesph Blythe your a sad weasel that doesn't deserve a job for what a horrible job you do!!! More
