When it was apparent that we wanted a car in a color that was not on the lot, he and Jason Heximer had just the car we were looking for delivered within an hour or so...WOW! First off, when I pulled into the Arrowhead Honda parking lot and stepped out of my car...there wern't 20 salesmen running at me from all directions! I loved that! I had spoken with a man over the phone and went inside to meet him. He brought over William (Bill) Griffin, and Bill took it from that point on. Bill is definately the MOST laid back, easy-to-work-with, NO-pressure salesman I have ever come across! I can't put into words how pleasant he was to work with. I was uncertain of what type of vehicle I wanted to purchase. He allowed me time BY MYSELF to peruse the car lot and was within eyesight of me, if I had any questions. Bill helped me explore all the options that were open to me, with my shakey credit score. (We even grew up in the same state and were able to converse on a more personal level about the areas where we both lived.) Bill shared all the pros and cons of the vehicle which I finally settled on, and helped me understand (in simple terms) the financing, and information about repairs, insurance, etc. He sat in the passenger seat and went through every button, switch and display, so I would completely understand where everything was located on the car. He even programmed all my radio stations! When I think of the word "salesman"...I think of the word 'pushy' (I think most people do.) Bill Griffin is NOT the typical salesman by any means. His relaxed yet confident demeanor would actually draw customers to him. It is very evident that Bill has worked in the car industry for many years...he is true professional, and I believe any company is lucky to have him! Bill Griffin at Arrowhead Honda in Peoria, Arizona is top notch! If I ever have another vehicle purchase, I would go back to Bill. I will certainly recommend him to any family and friends. Salesmen Steve Moss and Rich Killeen provided upfront and friendly service. They took the time to help me with my decision between purchasing a new car or used. They showed patience during the finacial portion of my purchase, as I kept having to step away to make phone calls home to my wife to discuss further. I went to Arrowhead to collect my prizes in an event. I did not plan to purchase a new car at this time. My salesman Rich was extremely pleasant and helpful in getting me a good deal and pointing out the benefits of this new car. Since it was dark when we completed the deal, I am returning tomorrow to Rich for a more in depth personal training on the features of this car in the daylight. More

Dealing with this dealership and David Scott as my service advisor has always been a pleasant experience for me. The last time I took my 07 Honda Odessy van in for normal maintance a technican noted I needed a shock replaced. When making this appointment for a replacement David Scott was easy to work with. He gave me an approximate time the repair would take. I took a book with me for reading while I had my usual coffee in the waiting area. I never got to read the book since the repair was completed well before the time I expected to wait. This dealership with its excellent employees has always met my needs and worked with me to make each experience as pleasant as possible. When I'm given a price ahead of time, that's what I've been billed. I do recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Honda or have a vehicle serviced. More
One might think the words "Customer Service" have been mentioned once or twice at Arrowhead Honda, but I kinda doubt it. I have a Honda hybrid that needed a new IMA battery. I didn't learn that until after spending money at Arrowhead to upgrade the software that didn't solve the problem. I had already called Honda USA to see what the warranty might be; and I spoke with a Honda parts counterperson who gave me the over-the-counter cost of the battery pack. And then I started calling dealerships to see what this was going to really cost me (est up to $3600). I had a list of over a dozen dealers from around the corner to Tucson, but made it to number three and stopped there. The range was from a high at Earnhardt (where I bought the car) to middling at Arrowhead (where I have had it serviced). Both service reps said "No goodwill discount" even though I knew that yes, Virginia, there is such a thing as goodwill discount (ask for it!). Sorry, Dave, I think I annoyed you asking for what I thought I was entitled to, but hey - you think your job is to sell me parts, not satisfy my needs, and I think differently! Well, then I called Bell and spoke with George Haslerig. He listened, he asked thoughtful questions, he paid attention to my concerns and actually did his JOB for which the staff at Earnhardt and Arrowhead could only hope to come close! At the end of the day the battery pack was replaced for a FRACTION of the amount I was told by the other service reps. George and his service manager Travis Milliner called Honda USA and got me coverage better than I had been hoping for and I can't thank them enough! Did they win a new fan? You betcha, they did! Arrowhead Honda? FAIL, and FAIL miserably! Do you guys really think in the age of internet that all your customers are completely ignorant of what is out there, or that they can't ask a few pertinent questions? And yet you still treat us - your customers - as if we owed you something for bringing our business to you! Again - FAIL! More
I actually in all my years of buying cars have not experienced the excellent service I received from Mike & James. I have worked with Guy Hernandez a few times and I appreciate his friendly smile, his attention to detail and his fairness while we work together. I have always felt that Arrowhead Honda has taken care of not only my car, but of me as a customer. At times, they have alerted me to possible parts that might need repair or replacement in the future, but have advised me that my car is safe when I leave the dealership. I appreciate the fact that nobody pressures me into repairs that are not necessary at the current appointment. I would recommend your services to all. More
