He offered us a test drive, which we declined, as we were only narrowing things down and getting an idea of what we could expect to get and pay while we waited for our credit union financing to come through. The next day, Craig showed his professionalism by following through with us via email. Ultimately, we went with another type of vehicle, and while pleased with our final choice, were sad that we would not be working with him.
