I drive a 2005 Civic, and I have had several (routine) maintenance issues over the years and I always turn to one person. Although there is another Honda dealer much closer to my home, I choose to drive t maintenance issues over the years and I always turn to one person. Although there is another Honda dealer much closer to my home, I choose to drive to Arrowhead Honda because David McKee always gives me 100%. David is respectful, gives his honest assessment of needs, and when money is an issue, he helps pritorize the needs in terms of urgency and safety. Although I would prefer my next car to be an American model, I am looking at the Honda line because of the excellent level of service provided by David, and the fact I don't want to change advisors. David is an excellent and essential cog in the service machine at Bell Road Honda. More
All of the employees were friendly and helpful. My salesman, Cary, was knowledgable and efficient. I have continuously had a poor experience with Arrowhead Honda and have driven out of my way to go to a different Honda dealership for service on my two Honda vehicles because of the poor customer service a Honda and have driven out of my way to go to a different Honda dealership for service on my two Honda vehicles because of the poor customer service and nasty attitude of the service reps at Arrowhead Honda. This week I had trouble with my air conditioner and decided to give Arrowhead Honda (which is by far the closest Honda service dealer) another chance. I pulled up to the service office around 1 pm and walked in where there were three service reps at their desks. It took a full five minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I was standing there. (there were no other customers in there at the time) Then I got a nasty attitude and I was told I would have to leave the vehicle because they didn't have time to look at it that day and they weren't sure when they could get to it. Obviously they weren't interested in my business so I drove to Bell Honda where they immediately greeted me, looked at my vehicle and repaired the problem. Arrowhead Honda missed out on more than $1,500 worth of business because of the very poor customer service by the service reps. I just received coupons for savings on service at Arrowhead. I would rather pay regular price elsewhere than be subjected to the rudeness and arrogance of the Arrowhead service reps. More
After spending $2700 to get my ac repaired, I brought in my CRV for what I thought might be a related problem. But they found it was something else that would cost over $600. I couldn't afford that at thi my CRV for what I thought might be a related problem. But they found it was something else that would cost over $600. I couldn't afford that at this time since I am still paying on the $2700, so they charged me $100 for finding the problem. Help!! I bring both of my CRVs there all the time for service and this is what they do?!? Charge me $100, I think I will find someone else. More
The service I received at Arrowhead Honda was excellent. I was immediately assisted when I arrived, and the staff was very knowledgeable. My wife and I needed to purchase a new vehicle due to her totaling the old one. I called Arrowhead Honda because I was interested in the CRV. Craig answered the phone. When my wife & I went in to see the vehicles that were in stock, he told me that he was sorry but they sold all the used ones on the lot the day before. He did tell me that they had some in the trade-in lot that had not been inspected or cleaned yet. We decided to look at them. We bought a 2010 CRV that had been traded in the day before. I gave Craig the 5 star rating because he was willing to show me everything, put on no pressure, and he made the experience enjoyable. Even though he knew why we were there he didn't treat us as if we had to buy. I would of gladly walked away if he treated me with less respect than any other purchaser. Massachusetts raised Craig well! I would tell everyone to go here. I was in & out in less than 3 hours. I picked up my vehicle the next day and the CRV was Preowned Certified by the dealership which means longer warranty and better service from the dealership in future experiences. Btw I purchased my CRV yesterday the 5th of May. More
My wife and I visited Arrowhead Honda while en route to another Honda dealership to buy a new FIT.. However we found Arrowhead and the salesman Buzz Frankel to be extremely professional, i.e direct and hon another Honda dealership to buy a new FIT.. However we found Arrowhead and the salesman Buzz Frankel to be extremely professional, i.e direct and honest and completely lacking in "bs". Can't say I have ever enjoyed the car purchase experience before but we both enjoyed working w/Buzz., and bought the car after about 30 minutes w/him. Would and will definitely recommend Arrowhead Honda and especially Buzz to others in the future. BTW, we plan to also be bring the vehicle to Arrowhead for its future maintenance needs. More
