While us here at Arrowhead Honda appreciate both positive comments to reaffirm what we are doing right and the negative feedback to help us fix what isn't, we know that there are some instances that are not going to be relieved no matter what we do to try and solve them. This, because of the mere human element, is one of those cases. We like to consider ourselves very accommodating to all of our guests, whether they be sales or service - or just here to buy parts for their car. The majority of our patrons come in and have a positive experience both with our products and our staff. Every so often, there is a miscommunication, or a disagreement in pricing...even a clashing of personalities - but we are always open to a solution and try our best to make things right. This attempt was not successful. We are sorry that this incident incited such anger and emotion, and that we couldn't alleviate its intensity. We have learned from this situation, as we do in all problematic occurrances, and will do our very best to make sure each and every one of our customers is heard, understood, and assisted to the utmost of our ability. Thank you for allowing us to grow and change, and continue to be a better Honda family.
