I went into Arrowhead Honda knowing exactly what I wanted but was nervous as I didn't have a great experience at another Honda dealership, so I didn't know what to expect. Craig introduced himself to me and two others I had with me. I told Craig what I was looking for and how I had found the car I wanted online. Craig took me to the car I had looked at online and showed me around the car. After a probably scary test drive for him (first time driving manual) Craig was more than happy to teach me a few basics during the drive which made me feel very comfortable for the rest of the car buying process. Long story short, Craig helped me handle my trade in as well got me the price I had been looking for. After having a bad experience trying to buy a Honda elsewhere, I can say that any doubts I had were gone after getting help from Craig. If I have friends in the future who want a Honda, I will be more than happy to point them in Craigs direction. More
I have been a customer of Arrowhead Honda since 2001 when I bought my first Accord. Brianna Westbrook by far has been the best Sales person I have dealt with. I went straight to my mom's house and let everyone know if they want a car go there!!! Brianna was knowledgeable and so much help! I appreciate all the time and consideration she took to understand my needs. I was also shocked to see Jeffrey Sokol there in the finance department. I have dealt with Jeffrey my last 2 dealings with my cars. He was amazing as well. I appreciate his knowledge and understanding of all that I was there to accomplish. I took my new 2014 CRV in for an oil change. Robert was my service advisor. He took his time explaining what was included with the oil change. I had mentioned to him that I was having trouble with the Blue my service advisor. He took his time explaining what was included with the oil change. I had mentioned to him that I was having trouble with the Blue Tooth and he immediately said that after they were done with the car that he would help me with the Blue Tooth. He was so very helpful and patient as I asked him what all the buttons were for on the dash. He went through them all with me and even set up the voice activated calling system. He definitely an asset to Arrowhead Honda being so knowledgeable about the Honda product. I am happy that he is my service advisor. =-) More
Although I had to shell out quite a bit of cash to fix my Honda Civic Ex, it's always a pleasure dealing with David Scott. He's a great, friendly, honest guy. I also like the handout she gave me on the prices and willing to negotiate in lowering the price without any pressure on my part. Brianna really listens attentively to your request. Craig Gentilotti immediately put me at ease and treated me with utmost respect. He was responsive to my needs and worked with me to find a solution. Although he was reponding to several customers at a time, he was always there to make sure my particular purchae was on track and that the paper work was being taken care of. After a horrific potential buying experience at Right Honda, I decided to call the closest non-Auto Nation/Van Tuyl/Penske Honda dealership I knew of, which was Arrowhead. I spoke with Craig, told him I Honda, I decided to call the closest non-Auto Nation/Van Tuyl/Penske Honda dealership I knew of, which was Arrowhead. I spoke with Craig, told him I had been jerked around at Right Honda, and told him exactly what I was looking for. Within 2 minutes, he gave me all of the information I needed and we made the drive over from Scottsdale. He was there to meet us in the parking lot. He put us at ease, cut right to the chase, and I never had a manager or anyone else come to the cubicle. It was Craig throughout the entire process. He even personally went back to the detail shop and removed some reside from the dash. He was friendly, genuine, and honest. I would send anyone to go work with Craig and Arrowhead Honda. Great deal, great guy. More
I am very generous to give them 1 star. What they do is rip you off as much money as they can. Now I have 0 trust in them. My wife was complaining about the A/C being low, she took the car on Sat to them ( rip you off as much money as they can. Now I have 0 trust in them. My wife was complaining about the A/C being low, she took the car on Sat to them (Kevin was the rep). I was told that the dealer will charge $120 jut to check the A/C system. I called them and asked them to stop working on the car. Today, my wife took the car to Pep Boys, they listened and checked it quick and decided that no repair is required $0 that's it. At the dealer, whenever you go to them, they are not patient to listen to you, they only think about how much they can make out of you. Shame on you Arrowhead Honda. Couple of years ago, I took the car to service then I noticed the alarm stopped working. I went back and they said you have to call the alarm company bla bla. I told them it was working when I brought the car. After calling the manager and talking to him, they agreed to check it to find out that THEY DEACTIVATED the alarm while working on the car the previous day. Also, few years ago, I used to get calls from them on my home number while I am at work and no voice mail left. I called them many times to ask if there's anything regarding my car. Their answer was every time "we don't know who called you". The calls never stopped and I had to complain to Honda HQ. This is when I get call from the manager and letter of apology. I will never take my car to Arrowhead Honda again probably I'll never purchase a Honda again. I can't event forget that one of the service rep was asking me to change timing belt when the car had 60K miles. I have a Toyota that I take it to Larry Miller across the road from there. Completely different and better treatment and respect I get from Toyota. More

Our FAITH was renewed knowing there are people still willing to help, not by being pushy, or saying sorry we can't help or just flatly turning us down. Ken came back with a deal, which we thought was fair & would help boast our credit rating & for the future of maybe buying a new car next year. Ken Jugan made our buying a used car experience comfortable, relaxing & everything went very smooth with the paperwork and right down to handing me the keys to my new used car the next day.
