We had gone to Arrowhead Honda for service before on our 2008 Honda, so we were familiar with the dealership. I've bought many cars in the past and knew how frustrating buying a car can be. Brian is a no-pressure salesman, who listened to my thoughts and concerns about buying a car. He followed up with answers to all questions asked. When we decided to purchase our 2014 CRV, Brian was able to pull up the inventory in the computer right away and tell me that the exact vehicle we wanted was there on their lot.
