I'm an out-of-state customer and saw the car I wanted posted by them on Autotrader.com. I contacted them when I saw it and Tony T. got back to me right away. We discussed the vehicle (Nissan Quest) and h posted by them on Autotrader.com. I contacted them when I saw it and Tony T. got back to me right away. We discussed the vehicle (Nissan Quest) and he turned me over to Ron. Ron got back to me the next day and described the vehicle to me. He answered all the questions I had and found the answers out that he didn't know. I ended up getting a flight the next day into Phoenix. My flight was delayed but Ron was there to pick me up at the airport. He took me straight to the dealership and we finished up the buying process. I was bummed my flight didn't allow me much time in Phoenix but am very happy with the purchase. The car was as advertised and as Ron described it to me. My wife and son love it, too. I saw the vehicle I wanted on their web page and sent them an email requesting a test drive. The test drive was smooth, and the deal was clearly explained when I had questions. I've done this rodeo before with a Honda dealership, and I had a pretty good idea of what to expect. A pretty positive experience, I was also pleased that they were able to locate acceptable alternative financing from a credit union I was already a member of . We're extremely pleased with the car and thanks to Tony it was smooth sailing in our interaction with the dealership. More
