A+ Customer Service Looking to replace my 2009 Honda Fit with a new Civic coupe, I visited many dealerships and was met with disappointment at all except Arrowhead Honda. Looking to replace my 2009 Honda Fit with a new Civic coupe, I visited many dealerships and was met with disappointment at all except Arrowhead Honda. Arrowhead Honda had the exact vehicle I was looking for and the helpful staff was able to answer all of my questions. Beyond that, the no-pressure sales approach was a nice change of pace from the pushy sales associates at other dealerships. I will definitely continue to visit Arrowhead Honda for all of my sales and service needs. More

Our second car purchased at Arrowhead Honda Last year my wife and I purchased a used Honda Accord. The salesman was Ken Jugan. We were so pleased with him and the other people we met at Arrowhead Honda that we decided to go back and purchase a new car for the wife. So now a lifelong GM owner has 2 Hondas. I will return to Arrowhead again when it is time to purchase another vehicle because they do not use hard sell tactics. they are easy going and easy to work with. Honda took good care of me as a new college graduate and got I would like to start the review by mentioning I am a first time buyer of a new vehicle. Honda took good care of me as a new college graduate and got me into the car that I wanted at a price that I could afford. I initially applied with a co-signer only to be called back a couple days later to be informed that the Honda finance team had worked to get me a better finance rate that allowed me to sign without the aid of a co-signer. I have never heard of a dealership calling someone back to give someone a lower car payment. They even threw in some paint protection and theft protection in for free. Stellar experience with Arrowhead Honda. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. More
