Great personal service I have lived in the West Valley since 2006 and have always gone to Arrowhead Honda for all my service needs. They expertly cared for my 2000 CRV until it finally gave up the ghost at 288k! It never would have gone that far without their help. Yesterday I chose to purchase another CRV from Arrowhead. After going online to see their stock, I called and was put in contact with Brian Alexandar - Internet Sales. Brian was great to work with. He understood my price limitations while working to get me the best bang for my buck. He was personable, professional and even had a few great stories to share while we were waiting for my loan approval. Jeff Sokol was the guy doing my financing. He explained everything thoroughly and showed me all the options available without any sort of pressure. He made it all clear, understandable and with thorough explainations of each price point. The whole process of purchasing the car took less than 2 hours. I highly recommend Arrowhead Honda.
