I originally showed up on Mothers Day after hours, as the guys were closing up, the manager Dave Waren offered to stay open for me but since it was late I said I'd rather come back on my next day off. Craig gave me his card and I said I'd be back on Wednesday. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy and when I showed up on Wednesday, Craig worked professionally, along with his manager Rich Bethers to get a fair price for my trade-in and new Accord, so there wasn't a lot of back and forth nonsense that people complain about having experienced at other dealerships. Craig was very patient with me throughout the entire process...explaining everything about the car to me since it was my first time buying a Honda and also because it was my first time purchasing a new vehicle all on my own! Walter Mundt in financing made it a very easy process as well and not once made me feel like I had to buy more than just the car. I had planned an oil change for my 2008 Civic, but was asked by Audrey to get an evaluation of my car. She knew that I needed to hold back from getting another car due to personal reasons and she waited until she thought it was right for me. So, I accepted, and she put me in contact with Craig Gentilotti. He was so personable and friendly. He seemed to know what was best for me and put me into a pre-owned certified Honda Civic LX. I knew it was the right time for me to proceed with buying this car. Craig was very professional and was able to get me a good deal with Desert Schools Federal Credit Union. Then he turned me over to Jeff Sokol, who was also very professional and we got all of the paper work done. I was intending to do the oil change, but my life changed after that point. I have always had great service advisors at Arrowhead as well, always explaining everything and not pressuring you into doing what you cannot afford at the time. More

After going online to see their stock, I called and was put in contact with Brian Alexandar - Internet Sales. Brian was great to work with. He understood my price limitations while working to get me the best bang for my buck. He was personable, professional and even had a few great stories to share while we were waiting for my loan approval. Jeff Sokol was the guy doing my financing. He explained everything thoroughly and showed me all the options available without any sort of pressure. He made it all clear, understandable and with thorough explainations of each price point. The whole process of purchasing the car took less than 2 hours. I highly recommend Arrowhead Honda.
