Bought 2012 used car, traded in 2006 car I came here after finding car I was looking for on auto trader. Was in perfect condition, great price. Sticker price was significantly higher than o I came here after finding car I was looking for on auto trader. Was in perfect condition, great price. Sticker price was significantly higher than online price, and they honored the online price I had found. They offered me less than another place for my '06 car, but my car did have a few things wrong and I did get them to come up some from initial offer. Craig, sales rep was totally nice, knowledgeable, and helpful with all aspects of the experience. My new car was in perfect condition when I took posession. They gave me a very good financing deal. Jeff Vien was great! Mixed review overall Jeff was wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions. I would have no hesitation recommending him! I also was involved with Ken Jugan (int Jeff was wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions. I would have no hesitation recommending him! I also was involved with Ken Jugan (internet) and would not recommend him. My sale initially came through him, though Jeff was the person who made the sale. I requested that leather be installed. Ken didn't order it when he said he would, didn't follow up, and didn't do anything to expedite the order. Once I got involved with a sales manager, the follow up was impeccable, and both Dave Warren and Jeff did a great job completing this work and the sale. Mixed review overall due to the one sales person, however, everything else was handled well which is the reason for the ratings. More
