All I wanted was a simple quote. just purchased a new car at Arrowhead Honda last weekend. Of every single Honda dealership in the Valley, Arrowhead was the ONLY one to respond to my just purchased a new car at Arrowhead Honda last weekend. Of every single Honda dealership in the Valley, Arrowhead was the ONLY one to respond to my very specific email request for an out the door quote with an actual quote. Although all or almost all of the other dealerships responded in some manner, none did more than send me the "internet price" and most just called and tried to get us on the lot. None of the dealerships on our side of town could match the offer (plus one dealership even claimed the 0.9% financing advertised by Honda wasn't available - which is what we ended up financing at so it was obviously available), so we made the 40 mile drive to Peoria. We got there and our contact was waiting for us with the car ready. The deal was exactly what we had been quoted and there were no surprises and was no pressure (or even suggestion) for us to buy a different car, or upgrade or anything. Financing guy was great too, accepted we weren't interested in any "extras" right away and processed our paperwork quickly and got us on our way. I hate car shopping and although I probably won't be in the market for another vehicle for 3-5 more years (replacing a different car, not this one), Arrowhead will definitely be one of my first stops next time around. More

They were very nice to us. We will recommend Arrowhead Honda to our friends. Hydar showed us the car on our first visit but we hadn't decided to buy yet. He was a nice young man. Arrowhead Honda+Michael James=Magical Journey Dear Honda People, "MJ" Michael James was our "salesman" I have placed quotation marks around the word 'salesman' because Mr. James did not treat us Dear Honda People, "MJ" Michael James was our "salesman" I have placed quotation marks around the word 'salesman' because Mr. James did not treat us like a "salesman"-only thinking of making a sale. Mr. James treated us like friends. We got to know him and he got to know us during the process of making a decision to purchase a vehicle at your dealership. He also gave me "think time" and allowed me to go have lunch and return at my convenience. It was really nice not feeling pressure to make a decision. I have to be honest I walked up to the dealership hesitant, reluctant to talk to Mr. James when he offered us help. The day before I had been to Earnhart Honda in Avondale (the city I live in) to see the Honda Civics -since my husband had just purchased one there two days prior. I honestly was expecting the people at Earnhart Honda to be happy that we were returning to their dealership. I expected to be treated cordially at the very least. Needless to say, I was not treated nicely. Their salesman (and he was a true salesman) was eager to just make a sale. When he was unable to make a sale, he never even thanked us for our time there. He never came back out of his office once we couldnt be persuaded to make the purchase. He, the salesman there also would not return my driver's license after I repeatedly requested it. It was a very unhappy almost painful experience! The reason I explain my experience to you about my experience at another dealership is because I want to super emphasize the different experience I received at Arrowhead Honda. My experience at Arrowhead Honda was a superior positive experience in every aspect; from beginning to end. MJ as I heard him being called over the intercom was a true professional. He made the experience very pleasant and enjoyable. MJ did everything opposite to what I experienced at the other dealership. He became our friend. He knew how to connect with us (and thats not easy to do with strangers). He made my teenage son feel valued in the process and made my son feel important (which as a mother I loved). My husband also felt the same way. My husband kept saying he should've bought his Honda at Arrowhead instead. I cannot express the complete 200% satisfaction I received at your dealership enough. Please train all your salesmen to be "friends" of the customer instead of "salesmen" just like MJ was to my family and I. Thank you for your time in reading this. By the way, I still have not received "the call" from Honda where I can rate MJ. But I give him obviously 5 Stars! Thank you for our magical journey to and from Arrowhead Honda.
