Shopped the Rest, this was best Shopped Honda dealerships throughout the valley for about a month (including Showcase Group, Bell, and Superstition, among others). Used the online a Shopped Honda dealerships throughout the valley for about a month (including Showcase Group, Bell, and Superstition, among others). Used the online and in person versions. Arrowhead was by far the best. They didn't pull the "bait & switch" the other dealerships tended to use. We used a purchasing program, and they didn't try to "upsell" us from that - again the other dealerships did. The whole process was easy and low pressure. Ended up buying a new car for less than what another dealership was trying to sell us on a used car (one year old w/ 12K miles). Definitely would recommend. Also - Mo was our sales guy and he was very easy to work with. Showed us every car we asked for (had to go hunting for one of them, because it hadn't been out of detail yet), and let us decide what we would buy - didn't try to convince us to buy what he decided we should do. On the finance end, dealt w/ Walter who was equally low key. Did his job selling us on the add-ons, but also could take no for an answer. A As far as car buying experiences go, this one was definitely up there. More

Best shopping experience and best price. I wanted to buy my wife a new car for a birthday present. I searched online and Tony Cicala from Arrowhed Honda contacted me immediately. He explaine I wanted to buy my wife a new car for a birthday present. I searched online and Tony Cicala from Arrowhed Honda contacted me immediately. He explained how Arrowhead Honda operated and how they were upfront and honest about their pricing. We visited other dealerships before going to meet with Tony at Arrowhead. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the different vehicles and trim models. Without haggling he presented us with a variety of payment options. Arrowhead Honda even gave us a better deal than our pre-approved credit union loan. You can bet that my next new car will come from Arrowhead Honda and Tony Cicala wil be my sales person . And my Wife loves her 2015 Accord!! More

Great experience I worked with Eric Gilliani & Mark Goss and had a great experience with my purchase of a 2015 Honda Odyssey. I was in and out with the vehicle in less I worked with Eric Gilliani & Mark Goss and had a great experience with my purchase of a 2015 Honda Odyssey. I was in and out with the vehicle in less than 2 hours. I spoke with Eric by phone before coming in. Paper work was completed. Just needed test drive and sign docs. Great day - Great car! Visiting Arrowhead Honda to take a look at a vehicle I was considering purchasing.
