From the first moment I was contacted by Kevin Emmons in response to my internet in I am nothing but very pleased with my whole car buying experience. From the first moment I was contacted by Kevin Emmons in response to my internet inquiry to the day of going in and purchasing my car with Kevin Anderson. My past experience with car buying always took 4 hours or more. This time around it could not have been easier or painless. Everything was explained and was done exactly how it was explained to me, there were no sneaky agendas. Everyone was honest in what was going on. I explained I didnt have the best of credit but both Kevins explained I would be told what can be done and if there wasn't anything that could be done I would be notified as they did not want to waste my time. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. And fortunately I was able to get a great car. I could not be happier with my experience! I am certain I will be back with any future purchases and will definitely be referring anyone I know who is looking to buy a great reliable car :) More

Both representatives are professional, KNOWLEDGEABLE and friendly. The whole process, both times was flawless. So happy with experience and received a fair price for both cars. Car Buying Done Right 10 years ago, before this dealership was what it is today, I had a very bad experience there. I decided that a lot can change in 10 years, and I decided to give Arrowhead Honda another shot. I went there for service (David Sanchez is wonderful) still on the fence about buying a new Honda, but decided to spend my wait time looking at the new models. Mike Ritter was very helpful and courteous and answered all my questions, took me for a test drive and made my decision easy and the overall experience awesome. I'd highly recommend him and Arrowhead Honda to anyone. I would suggest for future buyers that the trade in allowance be made known to me up front and that on a lease, I be told ahead of time that my first payment is due that day. I felt a little blindsided by both those issues because I didn't know either until I was in the financing office after the paperwork was all done. Considering blue book on my car was $4500 and they even told me I had a really well keep vehicle, I think they could have given me another $300 for my trade, but I wasn't given the opportunity to ask for that. Overall, it was a really great experience. Thanks. More
