Charlie Awawdeh did a GREAT job We went in to talk to Charlie about a new CRV. He did a great job of explaining everything. We have always enjoyed having a Honda and I was trading in my 2006 Honda Element. My new CRV EX-L is quite a upgrade from my last Honda. The car is fantastic. Charlie explained how everything worked in the car, especially the navigation system. It sounded easy enough until I got home. I tried and tried and still couldn't figure it out...now realize I don't have a cell phone. You probably can't believe there is someone under 80 years old who doesn't have a phone. I called Charlie and told him my problem and he said come right over. He went over the navi again and this time I got it. He was very patient and didn't make me feel like an old fossil. The car is now perfect and I'm enjoying driving it even more. I just wish the CRV color choices were like the 2006 Element choices. Oh well, I have to put decals on the CRV. Thank you Charlie for all your help. More

We came back to Arrowhead because of the Costco discount and location of the dealership. We dealt with Bill Kopta who was extremely pleasant and helpful. There was no problem getting the discount and no pressure to buy. The car was ready when we asked them to have it and Bill went over the various options in the car. He stated that we should stop in/call if we ever need further help understanding the options on the car or need help in general. More
