Best Car Buy Experience of My Life with Marshall and Jeff I had Marshall as my sale representative. It was the best car purchase I have ever made. Marshall made me feel wanted and the purchase stress free. I I had Marshall as my sale representative. It was the best car purchase I have ever made. Marshall made me feel wanted and the purchase stress free. I went to the dealership after a long 9 hour day at work so I was super tired when I went in but I couldn't wait any longer to get a car. I told Marshall what I was looking for either an accord or civic. I told him I wanted black or white, iPhone hook up, black leather interior and it had to be a four door. Marshall told me right away I have the perfect car for you; which he was spot on. I got a Honda Accord Sport. It was the perfect car for me and my daughter. Marshall was so professional and work so hard not to just get a sale like most car salesman, but he made sure the car fit my needs and finances. Marshall had the best customer service and was a joy to work with. I also closed my paperwork with Jeff. He was so considerate and explain everything I was signing in detail. I usually hate going into finance because they are always in a hurry and just say "sign here" with no personality. Jeff was not like that at all he actually was amazing and didn't pressure me into buying anything and if I didn't buy he didn't make a smart ignorant comment like most finance guys due at dealerships. I'm so pleased with Marshall's and Jeff's service with their professionalism, needs of what I wanted and how they made me feel special and not just another deal. I'm so in love with my car and would recommend this dealership to anyone and I would tell them to go through Marshall and Jeff. More

After reviewing our options for repair, we decided due to age of our vehicle and mileage, it no longer made sense to repair this vehicle. We asked David to have a sales rep call us to discuss a lease as were trying to pay as little as possible per month. We heard from Tony Cicala and we set up an appointment for Saturday morning Jan 16, 2016. Met with Tony and he already had a car ready for us when we arrived. We test drove a 2016 Accord LX and a 2016 Civic Sedan. We ended up choosing the Civic. Tony explained some of the features of the vehicle including how to set up Bluetooth, how to use the Econo button, as well as expected gas mileage. The price point was where we wanted to be and the monthly payment was in line with what we were expecting as well. In Finance we met with Jason Heximer. Jason was very polite and professional and made us feel very comfortable with the financing process. More

When we met with Jason, he was really patient with me and he was trying so hard to get me to look at something newer because he was afraid that the car that I was looking at wouldn't be a good car. He was right in the end. The car we were looking at wasn't working well. We had a specific amount that we could pay and when he tried to get me that amount the "Desk Manager" came out of his office to help find me a car that would fit what I needed.
