I love the car and I love the dealer and my salesman, Charlie Awawdeh. From start to finish the entire process was pleasant, polite, no pressure, no nonsense. He spent plenty of time with me, willing to test drive as many models as needed (I was not sure what I wanted), and then went all over the valley to find me the exact car I wanted (model, color, fabric color). And Walter in finance was pretty awesome, no strong arm, no fear, no pressure, just facts and info to make informed decisions. I bought the day before Super Bowl, at a house party with many friends I found out how many also love Arrowhead Honda and take their cars there for service. I am very impressed. Eric, the internet manager, helped in the negotiations before my wife and I with our 2 year old arrived at the dealership. The new Pilot was cleaned and ready before we got there. Anybody buying a vehicle at the dealership with kids understands how important it is to get in and out. Charlie had us finished in less than an hour.
