It was a pleasant and good experience. My wife and I went in to just look at the new 2016 Honda odyssey. Our salesman was Sam Slater. We had a 2006 Honda Odyssey with 125,000 miles, but it was still in cream puff condition. Sam gave us a fair trade in value for our minivan and a significant discount on a new Honda Odyssey Elite. Sam was always very courteous and explained everything in detail. He went through all the upgrades from my older vehicle to the new vehicle and how to use them. Neither my wife or I feel like we retained everything, but we feel very comfortable that Sam will continue to help us learn all the new additional apps available in our new car. I would highly recommend Sam to my family and friends if and when they are interested in a new Honda car of any model as he is well informed but never excessive in pressure. Richard Urwiller More

He explained every detail to us clearly, and in a language we could understand. He asked what color, and My fiancé said "blue", and before you know it, a shiny, new Honda Accord was waiting for us to test drive. His knowledge of his products was out standing and his courtesy, friendly attitude and patience was a pleasant change from the experience I have had with other dealerships. His patience was of particular importance to me as I am severely deaf and he had to repeat explanations numerous times. He never seemed bothered by my hearing loss and tried very hard to speak clearly and loud enough for me to hear him.
