In my opinion Dan is the best service advisor in the Arrowhead Honda Service department for the following reasons: 1) Dan is very kind, courteous, and friendly. This makes bringing your car to get serviced a much better experience. 2) Dan has more technical expertise than your good service advisor. 3) Dan makes sure that your car gets serviced and fixed, providing detailed information about the problems and resolution. 4) Dan goes above and beyond his regular job duties to help you. Because of Dan's experience and expertise in the automotive industry (#4 on my list), I was able to take my car to an excellent body shop to get repaired after a poor job was done by a previous body shop.
