Great experience with Arrowhead Honda! After a long day of car shopping and dealing with pushy car salesmen, I finally arrived to Arrowhead Honda. Immediately upon being introduced to Matt Thorpe I could tell he was not like the other salesclerks. Matt was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable regarding any question I threw at him regarding the Honda fleet. Even though it was well past closing time Matt and the rest of the staff continued to show patience and answer my questions. There was no hidden costs or tricks and the negotiating went very smooth and stayed professional. I truly felt like a valued customer and am happy with my purchase. Good shopping experience for leasing vehicle the first time. Your salesclerk, Ron Cross, met us right in the Honda dealership parking lot..
