We were a bit surprised that we could not get the Cross Tour but happy that Brian was so pleasant when showing us the Accord. We told him we would need to think about it and call him back. Well we called him 2 days later. He accommodated his schedule, had the car ready for a test drive when we drove up. He took the time to explain the "in's & out's" of the car. During the signing process he talked about the financing that Honda offered, Before we knew it we were not only buying a super nice car but saving money. It was such a pleasure to work with him. I was completely astounded at the customer service I received at this location. These people are inhuman. They did everything absolutely perfectly and then they went further. I just moved to Arizona from Atlanta and this is a big change. I got hit by a drunk driver the first week here totaling my beloved car that. "I was devastated!" This company treated me like family when I arrived. Within 2 hours, miraculously, I had a new car. It didn't feel like I was buying a car at all. It actually felt like I was having a conversation with someone I could trust and that's really hard to have in this world today. I recommend this location to all seven continents, if you can get here do so the people are beyond worth it. More
