We looked at several dealerships, and talked with several employees. Gary was by far the most engaged and dedicated to getting us what we wanted. The first time I met Gary we looked around, and there was nothing on the lot that would work for us. He took my name and number, and said he would call me when something came in. Look most people, I went with it expecting to never hear from Gary. I was wrong. Gary called me about two weeks later to tell me about a van that was just traded in. Gary also met me down there on his day off (dedication). Unfortunately this particular vehicle didn't work out. About a week later another van came in. We loved it, the price was right, and most of all Gary stuck with us through the whole process. It's guys like Gary who put my faith back in car dealerships. More

Most dealerships try to really low-ball you on your trade-in but I felt that they gave us a really good deal. My husband and I can be tough negotiators, but we felt that it didn't take much for us to all be on the same page and make a deal. We had let Cary know that we were on a tight time schedule (had to pick up our dogs from the groomers before they closed) and they had us out in plenty of time while still covering everything they needed to in the finance department and showing us how to use all the options in our new Civic. So far we love it! I had always been a Nissan girl, but I think Arrowhead Honda may have changed my mind :) More
