Ambitiously he asked he was interested in what we were looking for in a new car and he was very knowledgeable of all the cars. After looking at a couple of vehicles and narrowing the search of our preferences he offered a fabulous opportunity to drive some different new cars to make sure we were happy with our selection. When the test drive was over he offered a bottle of water so we went inside to find the new RED (NE Husker) car. He searched many states and to our benefit he found what we wanted here in AZ so we closed the deal. Most dealerships try to really low-ball you on your trade-in but I felt that they gave us a really good deal. My husband and I can be tough negotiators, but we felt that it didn't take much for us to all be on the same page and make a deal. We had let Cary know that we were on a tight time schedule (had to pick up our dogs from the groomers before they closed) and they had us out in plenty of time while still covering everything they needed to in the finance department and showing us how to use all the options in our new Civic. So far we love it! I had always been a Nissan girl, but I think Arrowhead Honda may have changed my mind :) More

Never bough a car on first visit...until now I have never bought a car on the first visit until now. Bill was my sale person and he was good. Although he originally misinformed me about how many owner(s) had own the car, I guess because they had just received the car a few days ago and the computer system was down when we were there, he didn't get a chance to look at the Carfax report...who knows. Good thing everything checkout fine on Carfax after the computer system was up. Him and Chris both work with us to get the price that we were comfortable with. I'm happy with the car so far. More
