Very good buying experience!! This is the second vehicle we have purchased through Arrowhead Honda. My wife and I stopped in on the weekend prior to purchasing the Pilot to look a This is the second vehicle we have purchased through Arrowhead Honda. My wife and I stopped in on the weekend prior to purchasing the Pilot to look around, we were greeted by Summer Smith who was very respectful and showed us the vehicles that we may be interested in. After giving us some information on the various vehicles he let us walk around the lot and look at several cars. After going online and researching several vehicles we decided to purchase the Pilot and I spoke to Summer Smith on the phone, he was again very respectful and called back as soon as he was able to verify that the vehicle was available. When we arrived Summer was straight forward with the Pilot pricing and gave us the information and then let us make the decisions on the financing without any pressure to buy or not. After we decided to buy we dealt with Jeff Sokol, the business manager, he gave us the details of the options we had and told us we were not under any obligations to buy anything from him. The deal went through very smoothly and myself and my wife were very satisified with the buying experience. Thanks to both Summer and Jeff for making this a pleasurable expierence. More
