He was the primary reason we returned to buy the car from arrowhead instead of chasing a lower price way down south. Even more surprising, the buying experience was just as pleasant. Some dealerships were clueless, but Arrowhead's team put together exactly what I had asked for - no hidden charges - bottom line pricing. In today's hustle and bustle, time is everything - give the customer what they are requesting so dealer and the customer does not waste time. Upon dealership selection, the next part was easy - Brian Alexander was my point man and took care of everything from financing to delivery - I believe I was in and out within two hours. The car-buying experience is something I have learned to dread. While I loved the cars that I have bought, I truly HATED the process. Seriously, who actually ENJOYS the stress of buying a car?? I learned that it was an awful process!! However, Arrowhead Honda of Arizona recently changed my point of view. I bought a 2016 CR-V SE last week from Arrowhead Honda. I was accustomed to the process taking the better part of a day (or more).
