Then when we started the search in June last week, we happened to speak with Johnny. Johnny provided an excellent quote even before any negotiations. He was very warm, cordial and patient every time. He had the knack and all the technical acumen to answer every question we raised from time to time. He was very honest, sincere and helped us well throughout the purchase. The surprising thing was this gentleman has been patiently following up and giving us latest updates on discounts etc since our first search in May. His positive mindset and customer focus deserves special mention. Johnny - Hats off to your professionalism. Overall our car buying experience turned out be very pleasant, easy and memorable one.
