We enjoy working with him because he is not a high pressure, intense sales type. The negotiations went just as we had expected, and before long we were meeting with Jeff in finance. Now this was our first meeting with Jeff, but found him to be very nice and easy going. Over the last 20 years, we have purchased 6 Honda vehicles at Arrowhead Honda, and this is the only dealership that I have ever used exclusively for the repair/warranty work on any car I've ever owned. They have just been the most honest and trustworthy to deal with of any other dealership. Brian has been the best car salesman I have ever worked with, and it is nice to call him a friend as well. Keep him around! I also want to thank Bill Kopta who assisted us when Brian was on his day off. He knew we were going to deal with Brian, but was willing to show us vehicles and features all the same. Nice guy. More

Second time buying a car, first time going to Honda I usually hate looking for cars. When you go to the dealership, you're usually bombarded by sales people and they're pushy. Main times, I have walked away from the car that I like because I do not like the sales person is too pushy. When I went to Arrowhead Honda, I never felt pushed to get into a car. I saw the car that I liked online-- called the dealership to make sure the car was still on the lot, after already being contacted by Bernardo to see if I was interested; and drove straight down with my mother. Bernardo was the best sales person that I've worked with simply because he was enthusiastic and happy. Being that I came late he and Cory in finance stayed late in order to close the deal. They then checked in the next day, to make sure the car was okay. Very happy to say the least. More

Also, very professional and courteous. We usually like to think about it and shop around. However on this July 4th day we decided to go ahead and purchase a new vehicle. Mo was very respectful and listened to our concerns. Two days later I was at an orientation for volunteer service that I was applying for. I went through the Costco program and they sat me through the whole price. Everything was very clear no tricks like other dealerships that like to add on $2,000 worth of accessories .
