Matt went the extra mile by picking me up at a rival dealership, with a car that I test drove back to Arrowhead Honda. Matt was knowledgeable about the different Honda models and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, without ever pressuring me to buy or to add unnecessary extras. The finance employee, Walt, was also very helpful and pleasant to work with. I am extremely happy with my new Honda. I will definitely speak with Matt again the next time I purchase an automobile. Listened and Simple I knew what I wanted and I knew how I wanted to get it. Called in and Dino Krallis responded to me. Showed me the car I had inquired about. We sat down, I gave him my terms and Dino stepped out and returned with three choices. One of the choices was within my requested terms. He listened and made it simple!! That id how it should be done.. Sat with Walter Mundt and he did his part with patients, clarity and simple.. I asked him questions that repeated what he had just explained to me. Again, talked to me with patients, clarity, and simplicity. Now, that was to my excellent satisfaction. Bill was extremely patient through this process that took many months and several return trips to test drive different vehicles. I went to a different dealership and found them pushy and abrasive. They quoted a price that included double billing for options that I wanted. They questioned why I wanted two hours to think it over. Needless to say I did not return. I never felt any of that type of pressure from Bill. He was extremely patient and quick to return my phone calls or emails. Bill always made me comfortable when asking him questions both before and after my purchase. Kudos to Bill Kopta and Arrowhead Honda is fortunate to have home on their sale staff! More

Great Car Buying Experience I was just looking and have never driven or owned a Honda. I like the way they look and a family member owns one and loves it. I did look at other dealerships but they were pushy. I met with Eric Salinas and drove a few cars. I really like how the Honda Accord drove. I wanted a car that was a little smaller, gets better gas millage, dark gray color and gray leather interior. They did not have what I wanted but they researched and found exactly what I wanted. Eric was very friendly and explained everything. He made the new car buying experience easy and comfortable. The staff at Arrowhead Honda is wonderful. Thank you for a great experience. More
