Amber, I apologize for your experience .After speaking with Alfie he had asked for you to come inside which you chose to stay outside and wait for your boyfriend to come. We always offer water and to wait inside especially with the heat and this time of the year. The 2010 that was offered to you had 68,000 miles which is great for a 2010 Honda fit. Most people will drive about 15,000 miles a year and Hondas are known for their long levity of mileage. When it was shown to Alfie you were not satisfied with this vehicle he had offered you many other choices of vehicles to look at. Unfortunately you had wanted a brand new car that wouldn't fit in your payment parameters. Our main goal is to get everybody in a car but we have to be logic when it comes to price of vehicle and the customer’s monthly payment. So many things come into factors with each individual person, Credit, trade, income, etc. We apologize we could not get you a brand new car with the payment that you needed, there were too many factors that could not make it possible. Alfie who has been in the car business since 2004 and has a high reputation of being thoughtful, well-mannered and very courteous to his customers. I know you have spoken with Ruby about this matter and understand why the vehicles you choose within your monthly payments could not be done. Again we apologize and hope you can find the perfect vehicle within your needs.

"Thank you for reaching out to me. I have sat down with the salesperson and the manager and discussed what had happened and what could be done differently. I always say people will remember if your customer service was really great or really terrible, I always hope they will walk away remembering this was really great. Unfortunately, this is not the case with you. Then ones who represent our company the most are our salesman . If that person represents our company in a good way, our customers will remember Arrowhead Honda fondly. If that salesman represents our company in a negative way, we will probably lose a customer and garner some bad press.( as what happened ) Customer service is vital to the overall health of our dealership and it takes so little effort to have effective, friendly customer service, and the benefits are numerous. I truly want to apologize on behalf of Arrowhead Honda and also want to let you know the proper actions have been taken in regards to this.
