When we arrived at the dealership Jeff was outside to greet us and had exactly the vehicle we described in front of the showroom waiting for us. Jeff spent a lot of time demonstrating the many features of our soon to be CR-V. He then spent much time working out a fair trade in for our 2015 Lincoln and a good price for the Honda. He was very sincere and personable. We promised him we would be back in 2 years to buy another Honda.
