He suggested to come down and talk to him about our options. We had a 45,000 mile lease for 3 years but at the 2 year point, we had 52,000 miles and one year to go in the lease. After Tony explained our options and answered our questions, it was to our advantage to buy the car out right. Tony explained the pluses and negatives to buy the car out right now. It was a fast and efficient process once we decided to buy out the car. Will be contacting Tony once we are ready to buy another Honda! More

We called and no one would help, we had hoped the dealership had the parts, they did and told us to come down and they would fit us in. We droven down and the remembered our names and the part and they did the service in the bay!!!! So fast we paid for the light it was switched in a matter of seconds! Seconds!! Hassle-free I was coming to the end of my lease on my 2014 Civic, and Charlie emailed me asking what I would like to do. I told him to get numbers on both leasing I was coming to the end of my lease on my 2014 Civic, and Charlie emailed me asking what I would like to do. I told him to get numbers on both leasing a new 2017 and buying out my lease. Charlie got right back to me and texted the numbers to my phone. A couple of days later I told him I would buy out the lease and to let me know when finance manager Jason Heximer would be there in the morning. I came in around 8:30am on a Wednesday when I knew the store would not be busy, and we quickly got all the paperwork filled out and docs signed. Jason was even able to get me a lower interest rate than we initially thought. More
