We came across a used Pilot we were interested in. Ryan was very patient while we asked questions and did a test drive. He never pressured us and was just there to help us through the process. We did some research and made what we felt was a fair offer and much to our surprise it was accepted without them fighting or using any sales techniques to get a few more dollars out of us. The car had not gone through reconditioning yearly so we had to come back the next day. They went through and made sure the car was safe and clean and had no major problems when we picked it up the next day. we even discovered the aux jack was not working and Ryan promptly brought it back to the service center and had it fixed. Ryan and arrowhead Honda really has earned a customer for life!!! More

Purchase of a 2017 Honda Accord Sport On July 4th my wife and I decided to go shopping for a new vehicle. We had narrowed our list down to two vehicles; the Honda Accord and Toyota Camry. On July 4th my wife and I decided to go shopping for a new vehicle. We had narrowed our list down to two vehicles; the Honda Accord and Toyota Camry. We then proceeded to Arrowhead Honda where we were met by Alfie who showed us the Accord and went along for the test drive. To make a long story short there was no comparison between the Accord and Camry. I then contacted our insurance company (USAA) to utilize their car buying service and was put in touch with Steven Nguyen. After some back and forth emails we came to an agreement on the final price and then made an appointment to meet with him on July 8th. Steven made the entire buying process extremely easy and stress free and after about an hour at the dealership we drove home in a beautiful 2017 Honda Accord Sport and we couldn’t be happier. Along with Alfie and Steven I would also would like to recognize Jeff Sokol who helped finalize our financing. I would highly recommend Arrowhead Honda and especially Alfie, Steven and Jeff. More

Found the one I bought after taking a drive in it . He explained all of the wonderful devices that came with the car. I knew that this car was the right one for me, it had the leather seats, auto seat adjustment which were very important to me. When it came to price he made it possible for me to make the payments that were in my budget.
