I was greeted promptly and within minutes I felt very comfortable with Michael, his genuine concern for me and what I required was truly professional, above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend Michael to anyone looking for a new Honda, his enthusiasm and attitude resulted in me purchasing a brand new Civic. There was no pressure as I made my decision over a 2 day period, Arrowhead Honda is lucky to have Michael, he truly is a gem! More
