Sales and Service I bought a 2018 pilot from arrowhead. I live much closer to Surprise Honda and tried to strike a deal with them, unsuccessfully. Arrowhead Honda was much easier to deal with through the buying experience. I felt like I was treated fairly and respectfully. I was concerned about the service department, since I had never had to deal with them before. I was surprised at how easy it was to make an appointment.
