Susan, Arrowhead Honda has its own policies in place which may be different than other companies. We apologize but we have to follow these policies that stand strict on every customer who comes through our service drive, we have to treat everyone fairly. Your battery was purchased 4yrs ago from another dealership out of state. We gave you the pro- ration for the battery since it was 50% gone. We told you the amount plus installation and you declined to have the work done. We are happy to see Auto Zone was able to replace this for you free. You have also tagged a Salesman Matt Thorpe who didn't work with you, we ask that you kindly remove his name since this rating effects his overall score for the year.
