This guy is full of it. Called him out on the advertised priced online versus the dealers price and you could tell he didn’t like that. A 29k civic touring was all of a sudden 34k when He gave me the quote priced online versus the dealers price and you could tell he didn’t like that. I found a Honda Civic 2019 advertised on several sites for just a little over $15k. I contacted Arrowhead Honda and confirmed via several text messages over two days that the car was available and that w for just a little over $15k. I contacted Arrowhead Honda and confirmed via several text messages over two days that the car was available and that what was advertised online was correct. I had an hour drive to get to the dealership so prior to leaving I asked a final time and verified that there would be no surprises when I arrived. I was guaranteed no surprises everything shown online was correct and although the car had not been detailed they would pull it upfront for me. So with this in mind I took the hour drive with my family to Arrowhead Honda. Sure enough the car was sitting out front and I was greeted by the sales person and walked over to the car and was able to check it out. As I sat down in the car this is when the lying started... "Sorry but I just found out that the price we advertised is not the correct price" The real price is $23k. What? $8k more than what was advertised and what was "guaranteed" to be correct!! I asked to speak to the manager and I spoke to Hydar. Hydar blamed it on the "girl" who entered in the prices into the system that they do advertising with. He said they had been receiving calls all day but they had not been able to correct the price. He indicated he could give me a better price than the $23k... $22,500! I asked him if they knew the price was wrong why they wouldn't have called me. His response was that by the time they realized it, I was already pulling into the dealership. Which of course is contrary to the "we have been getting calls on this and trying to change it" statement he made earlier. False Advertising - Crooked Salespeople and Cheap Tricks to try and get you to the dealership. Over two hours burned on a sleazy sales tactic. Beware of this dealership!!!! If this is how they operate you know they will try other underhanded tricks!! More

He straight up bs he likes to play the blame game and then when you call him out on stuff he said he has nothing to do with it he gives a number which he didn’t need to run any credit when we were pre ap then when you call him out on stuff he said he has nothing to do with it he gives a number which he didn’t need to run any credit when we were pre approved through bank. He lied and said he needed our info to find that contract and instead ran our credit to see which other bank can pick up our financing which drop our credit down alot. Don’t trust him his attitude is very cocky ! More
Took my 2012 Pilot to Arrowhead Honda Service. Told them I had a slow leak in my tire. They wanted $150 to analyze the issue. I got in my Pilot and left. Took it to discount tire.. Had a small screw in it. I had a slow leak in my tire. They wanted $150 to analyze the issue. I got in my Pilot and left. Took it to discount tire.. Had a small screw in it. They fixed it for free. They checked my valve stem sensors for free also. Trip before when I when in for oil change. They told me my powerstering pump was leaking. Wanted to replace it. I checked it when I got home, Dry as a bone, no leak. I plan to trade my Pilot and my wife's 2016 Accord in for new Pilot. I will not step foot on Arrowhead Honda Peoria lot again. My opinion is they are not a honest and repytable Dealership. I hope Honda International monitors this sight. More
