First of all, the car (09 CTS) does not require much service except of lube oil & filter. Every time we bring the car in for service they are very responsive and prompt. I contacted LUND as I sometimes receive coupons for oil changes etc. When I brought my car in Tony was extremely gracious and helped me with a few issues my car was having and gave me a rental car. I had a chance to take my car in for service but didn't get to make an appointment beforehand because I didn't know I would have a chance to drop it off until Sunday evening. My husband and I grabbed coffee and donuts from the customer lounge and went to work. My car needed an oil change and has been running rough, so they performed diagnostic. All of the needed parts were in stock. Of course I never like paying for car repair. I have compared pricing in the past and feel I get extra service from Lund than anywhere else so it is worth a little bit more to me.
