Excellent Experience I worked with Clint Dennis at Arrowhead Cadillac. His service was great. We did most of the transaction over the phone and when I arrived to complet I worked with Clint Dennis at Arrowhead Cadillac. His service was great. We did most of the transaction over the phone and when I arrived to complete the transaction the car and all the paperwork was ready to go. I was there less than 2 hours including a detail orientation to the new Escalade. More

Relaxed, pleasant and a smooth process overall. I have never felt so comfortable in a dealership before. The Sales consultant and Finance consultant were a pleasure to work with. I was amazed at how smooth and efficient the entire process of trading my vehicle to purchasing a new vehicle actually was. The level of customer service is excellent. Every department works in unison to make their customers experience a positive one. In Auto industry it is almost unheard of. I highly recommend Arrowhead Cadillac to any level shopper. I definitely felt a VIP treatment and it did not matter what price level vehicle I was looking for. They get my highest level of respect and approval all the way around. Excellent service visit to Arrowhead Cadillac I was able to schedule service on my Cadillac on very short notice. The service staff were able to perform the required maintenance as well as a recal I was able to schedule service on my Cadillac on very short notice. The service staff were able to perform the required maintenance as well as a recall issue in less than 4 hours. In that interval I was provided with a Cadillac loan vehicle and was able to run some errands. Efficient, courteous and professional service in a timely manner. Well done Arrowhead! More
