Will NOT see Colin again. 8/3 update: flat tire Steve told me to come in at 1:30. Sat down and showed me the cost. Told him about my tire insurance- said won't happen since Saturday. He was really gruff so asked to speak with manager. DEVIN KASS kicked me out due to last review "get your crappy xxx car out of here and never come back". More
Went in for repair on a heating element for a seat. The first pickup the back of the car is trashed, the back of the seat is damaged and the driver seat that was repaired the leather is loose! Tell them I’m absolutely not taking the car back like that. Come back 3 days later pick it up, the leather is now better. The back of the seat was repaired with what looks like melted plastic instead of replacing the piece. And the best part, the back of the car is still TRASHED!!! More

They went above and beyond to make sure that our problem was solved. They provided us with a loaner and there was no waiting time to pick it up. Everything with seamless - from pulling our car into the service area to driving it back out again. Best BMW service ever! More
I have to say this is by far the best service experience I have ever had. I was greeted immediately when I arrived on the service drive. Over the 2 days he was always quick to call me back with updates on my vehicles repair and provided very detailed explanations as to what was going on. Now to the part that really blew me away....I received a text from Randy Bowdre the Master Tech that was working on my car. The text had a link to a 5-minute video. In that video I was shown the tread depth of my tires, brake pad thickness, full view of the undercarriage, and he explained in depth both warranty repairs that had been performed. Let me just say that I have been in the automotive industry for nearly 20 years and have never had such great communication with a service dept. Hats off to Arrowhead BMW. You guys are knocking it out of the park!!!! More
Keep telling me ALL cars have rusted rooters and it’s normal. 1000 miles brand new x1 bmw and it’s a rust bucket they refuse to fix! They don’t use a shuttle they use lift. Plus They had me stand outside on the corner waiting for it with a crap sign saying Lyft! I’ll never buy a car from them again! RUN from BMW! This dealership lied to the BBB! Said they offered to fix my car and They never did! They have an F rating and are not BBB certified! Worst treatment ever! Got rid of my car at 2700 miles only 8 months old! They are lying, using cheap junk parts and stealing from people! More

I own a independent repair shop That from time to time needs the help of the manufacturer to fix certain issues with cars. It’s the hardest thing to find someone in your industry to trust and have faith t needs the help of the manufacturer to fix certain issues with cars. I took my car in and they stole my cologne. I wrote them an email they got back to be and the tech admitted he seen it and it probably fell out in the wash. Horrible customer service and they have either thieves or just people who don’t care. I want a new bottle of cologne. I want the manager to contact me again not contact me then ghost me. The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. My wife took her 2019 BMW X2 in for service, she left with a cracked windshield! Took up the issue with the GM Brandon Bingham and he is claiming “you a wife took her 2019 BMW X2 in for service, she left with a cracked windshield! Took up the issue with the GM Brandon Bingham and he is claiming “you are a customer trying to get one over on us.” And has banned my wife and myself from the dealership! I don’t care about the cost to replace the windshield at this point as I have already had it replaced. I just cannot standby and let a GM treat customers with such a level of disrespect. I have bought 3 BMWs in the past three years and can say with confidence the X2 will be my last. More
