DO NOT buy from this BMW dealership! They are not transparent and Nathan Schwan - operations manager treats customers like dirt. We bought to Porsche SUV’s on Monday - Labor Day and was told by our transparent and Nathan Schwan - operations manager treats customers like dirt. We bought to Porsche SUV’s on Monday - Labor Day and was told by our salesperson that we were taking delivery of both of them that day. We found out in finance that we could only take 1 because they hadn’t serviced the other one yet. Nathan acted as though he told us this however he never did. It’s Wednesday afternoon and we’ve been given the runaround about when we’re getting our vehicle. I called and spoke to Nathan. He was rude, condescending, called me a liar and when I asked for our two trade ins back and to cancel the deal he said no xxxxing way and he said he would deliver us a car without brake pads and fog lights. He said we don’t have the ability to cancel the deal and it’s only been 36 hours. I asked multiple times to speak to the owner Brandon and he refused and said he was the owner not Brandon (not true). Their NPS is below the average and it’s all due to situations like this! Go to North Scottsdale or Chapman BMW if you want a healthy buying experience. More

We got delivered a car and after she decided to add extra $1845 on it. She unwind our deal with lying explaining. I will call corporate office about that. I also been in car Bussines for 12 years. This place has minimal to no understanding of how to maintain relationships with customers. For 30 days now I have asked multiple people employed with this dealership to cancel an extended warranty. Ill maintain relationships with customers. For 30 days now I have asked multiple people employed with this dealership to cancel an extended warranty. Ill now have to take time to drive down to this dealership, request the form be faxed and obtain a fax confirmation. A very simple request that this dealership has to turn into a larger ordeal. Would never recommend or be back to this dealership as a result of the apparent lack of skills related to faxing a single piece of paper. I just cancelled a warranty for another vehicle - that dealership sent the paperwork in the same day I returned it - its the little things that go a long way with people. One would assume management would understand that things needs to change as evident by previous reviews. The generic response their "customer relations" representatives post on all other reviews from either google, yelp, etc. speaks for itself - That is, they don't care after they close the deal. More
recently had a car detailed at the shop and the car came back dirty. When my wife was picking up the vehicle the concerns were pointed out and they service advisor was trying to clean it. She could not wait back dirty. When my wife was picking up the vehicle the concerns were pointed out and they service advisor was trying to clean it. She could not wait and said we would bring it back. I then called the service manager Josh to speak about the issue. He said he would have someone come to my home to pick up the car and clean it. The appointment was for 8am. At about 7.50am I get a call saying that he spoke with the service department and the car was clean. No one bothered to show up for our agreed upon appointment. I then went to the dealership to show him first hand the car being dirty. The dirt was on the glovebox area and console below the radio. Josh said that from my wife's 15min drive home my daughter who is 22 put her feet up to dirty the dash. When I asked what about the side console he said she could have crossed her feet and dirtied that as well. The back lower seat was dirty and apparently my 5yr old whos legs are not even long enough to touch the ground reached her foot in between the front and rear door and dirtied that as well. Rather than fix the issue as they stated his response was I trust the word of my guys. When I asked Josh if he personally seen the car when it left he said no. I then replied how could you say that my daughter then put her feet up, then crossed them to dirty the side counsel without knowing. His response was I seen it happen. Of course your detail manager who was a young kid is going to say it was clean this was he does not get in trouble. So after paying $175 for a full interior detail the car comes home dirty and apparently to the service department was caused by my two kids on the 15 min ride home. No mention of the dash that did not appear to be wiped down but I guess my wife and daughter did that as well. I will never deal with this dealership again or purchase another BMW from them as well. The service department is garbage and its worth the 45 min drive to go to Chapman BMW. At least there they treat you right and don't accuse you of lying. So basically I paid $175 to have a car cleaned as good as my 13yr old son could have done. More
This is by far the WORST, INCOMPETENT, and HORRIFYING dealership to ever purchased a car from. I can’t believe how I downgraded my Howard University/Harvard University intelligence to this location. The dealership to ever purchased a car from. I can’t believe how I downgraded my Howard University/Harvard University intelligence to this location. The management/finance department are clueless on how to complete a customer application for financing. For a snobbery guy, I really thought I could give people a chance. Lesson learned on my behalf!!! I wish I had listened to my best friend and go to the North Scottsdale location. At least I wouldn’t have to experience the poor managerial department as I did at BMW Arrowhead in Glendale, Arizona. I walked in to explore my options for purchasing a new car. The Salesmen were helpful, especially the young salesmen name, “Chris.” Although, his persuasion of selling a new car was adventurous but sincere. But on the day of June 9, 2021, I purchased a new X4 M version. I was even shocked at how fast and quick the process went to sell a car. However, 2-3 weeks later I still question who will finance my new car. The terrible thing I experience upon speaking with the lender who finally financed me: The fact my paperwork was invalid….in better words they couldn’t verify my information due to an error from the dealership. I literally cursed and argue how my personal information didn’t match my application on file with them. From what I was informed my telephone number couldn’t be verified. Plus, they couldn’t verify my identity with a text message because of the inaccurate mobile number on my application from the dealership. So, I’m like xxx…. again, more issues from this dealership. This is some xx I mention to this finance company. Remember, I purchased my new car on June 9, 2021. With that being said, I finally was able to get verified to make my payments on July 22, 2021. This is just some ridiculous and unprofessional Sh** I stated. This dealership needs revaluating from headquarters or pink slips should be passed around. I’m writing from my emotions and frustration right now. Excuse my unprofessionalism of words/grammar. Purchasing this car from this dealership was a huge mistake. I remember flying back home ($702.13 ticket) to receive my car tag. Moreover, I was informed by the DMV that my car tag paperwork hasn’t even arrived. What a waste of flight I paid for because of this terrible dealership. This is just so F***ed up!! What really scares me, my friends and my family was the fact this car isn’t even registered and today is July 26, 2021. I’m still today driving this car on eggshells. As an African American Male driving, this high-profiled car unregistered with no car tag is a high risk of the police racial profiling myself. Last, I was pulled over for speeding on July 20, 2021. I was so nervous and scared that I might be killed, beaten, or harassed. The first thought that came to my mind was I was going to be racially profiled for driving a stolen car that’s not registered. Thank God, the cop was nice and sincere. He gave me a warning. I was so relieved I didn’t come across one of those A**hole cops who would have treated me different even though I nearly hold a Doctoral degree. That doesn’t mean anything DRIVING A CAR WHILE BLACK. My sales person was Scott Taucher, 1.0 star rating7/21/2021 I bought a 2020 Z4 on Friday night (May 21) around 8 pm.. I was there until almost 10 pm. My sales person was Scott Taucher, and the finance guy was Nick Sweis. I traded in my 2020 Hyundai Sonata. When I brought it in early the previous Wednesday (2 days before). I was told that I would get a trade in of $27,500, plus $2,900 for taxes from Sales Manager Michelle S. When I was doing the paperwork for the BMW, Michelle Stalling only gave me $2700. I questioned it, and she said that they did not have the paperwork that they did on Wednesday, and that she said $2700. Then I went to finance and dealt with Nick Sweis. This car has 3300 miles on it. And it was brought back to a BMW dealer.. WHY was it not a Certified car? I was never told anything about the warranty by my sales person. Nick told me that things like oil changes cost almost $250, tires - $600, etc.. The "SCARE THE CUSTOMER TACTICK" was put on me. Now I could have bought a new Z4 for the same price as this one year old one was being offered.. $55,735. So now, with the finance guy scaring me about high bills, the extended service contract and the maintenance contract was added on- which he said I can get refunded on both when I sell the car. (WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON A CERTIFIED USED CAR ALREADY), which came to $8,911.00 plus interest. almost $10,000 more dollars to the cost of the car. I also told the finance guy (Nick Sweis) that my bank (Midfirst) has car loans for 2.9% and I have a credit score of 825.. He said we will go through Alaska Credit (his personal credit company. WAS HE GETTING A KICKBACK EVERYTIME HE USES HIS?) which is at 4.9%. I WAS BEING ROBBED!I did find out he was from the bank. I take the car home and was getting in and out of it putting stuff in the glove box, and was in terrible pain the whole night. I have had 10 knee surgeries in the 6 years I have been living in AZ.. This car I would not be able to get in and out of..I texted both the sales man and finance guy around 6 am telling them I had to return the car. At 8 am, I was at the BMW dealer. They saw my softball sized knee, I wanted to cancel the contract, and get my car back. I knew darn well that no paperwork had been done due to the time, and it was not even 12 hours that the contract was written. There was a person who wanted the car coming in at 2 with my salesman to buy it if it was still there he told me. I went up the ladder and finally the Operations Manager, Nathan Schwan (VERY RUDE PERSON) came to me in front on all the customers there, (and yes, they heard him) and said "You are a liar. The only problem you are having is buyer's remorse. " I do NOT like being called a liar, especially when I told the men either give me my car, or I was willing to find a compatible convertible. This is not two days that have gone by and I have been taking pain killers for my knee. The car was STILL online for sale. People were still asking to buy it.. my friend called on it, the salespeople were telling callers it was still for sale. I WANTED MY deposit and CAR BACK.. I spoke with Camelback, North Scottsdale, and a third BMW dealer. They said that the GM should have been nice and let the contract go, and given back my car. I know that there is no 3 day grace period in AZ, but I have bought three cars from Arrowhead, and it was not even 12 hours when I contacted them. I was told to call the bank that the car is to financed with. I called Alaska Credit Union (Nick Sweis's personal bank). They said that there have been no papers filed under my social security. So there is no financing yet. I do not understand this.. I then called Arrowhead BMW and talked to the General Manager, Justin, who passed me to finance, Nick Sweis. I told him that I wanted my car back. The answer was no. I told him I found a car that was $56k that would be better. (The Z4 was $55K.) AND I told him that I want my bank's financing at 2.8% and would not need the extra $10k for an extended warrantee. He said fine, but now the Z4 took at 10K hit, and is only worth $40k for trade in. I started to cry. I went back to Arrowhead BMW because I needed a car, since they refused to give me my car back. They told me that since I got BMW N America and The AZ State's Attorney's office involved, that I had to come in that day. They took back the Z4, gave me $27,000 for my Hyundai instead of the $29,500 originally told to me by Michelle, and I bought a 430i convertible instead. After having someone come out to show me how to program things, the person broke my wind screen. I was told they were going to order a new one.. I waited a month, and found out it was never ordered, and they refuse to send me a new one. Arrowhead refuses to take my calls. I will seek further assistance. DO NOT BUY from them.. go elsewhere! I unfortunately got an X5 from this place after being *HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP* DO NOT RECOMMEND* Take the drive and go to Scottsdale BMW OR Chapman BMW. I unfortunately got an X5 from this place after being highly pressured by Michelle Stalling. She was so desperate and money hungry would not let me leave and yes they keep your vehicle keys hostage! Worst experience ever! Would not recommend this place to anyone. & Its not ALL ABOUT YOU! Is about them and being so desperate for money and not focusing on satisfying a client or meeting a clients needs. Its a shame for the brand BMW! They sold my trade in vehicle a month before it was even paid off. Temp registration was requested for that trade in and allowed to be driven off the lot while my loan was past due and not paid off. When requested to speak to dealership owner Nathan Schwan represented himself as being the owner of Arrowhead BMW, he was just as disgusting and rude as Michelle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, BMW PRICES ARE WAY BETTER AND DECENT AT SCOTTSDALE BMW. More
