DO NOT BUY HERE ! We put a deposit down on a car and also signed the paperwork just for the dealer to sell it a few hours later. We went to Arrowhead BMW after being very disappointed with our service at Chapman BMW in Phoenix. Arrowhead exceeded our expectations in every way. They went above and beyond to make sure that our proble with our service at Chapman BMW in Phoenix. Arrowhead exceeded our expectations in every way. Saul Estrada was great to work with - he understood what we needed, made sure we were comfortable with the BMW we were looking to buy, discussed. In summary it’s worth giving this dealership a try (ask for Saul) for the pricing, would just recommend focusing on cars which are already in stock on the lot versus something in transit or be prepared for unforeseen delays - 4/5 rating for overall experience since I wish the timelines were better communicated before we agreed to a deal. Poor treatment, discriminatory, disrespectful. Extremely bad service from management all the way to sale persons. Lied, gave us a dirty car and told us to go wash it ourselves. They constantly call for missing documents, they send a person to call us name Maurice and he was Belligerent, sexist ,degrading and cantankerous. All and all our experience was so terrible and disappointing that I now know that is there normal. I can only say I wished I read the reviews before ever meeting anyone at that dealership. More
