AVOID ARROWHEAD BMW – A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay as far away from Arrowhead BMW as possible. I made the mistake of purchasing a BMW i5 f EXPERIENCE If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay as far away from Arrowhead BMW as possible. I made the mistake of purchasing a BMW i5 from them, and it has been nothing short of a disaster. I feel compelled to warn anyone considering doing business with this dealership: They do not stand behind their vehicles or care about their customers. Here’s what I’ve endured since purchasing my BMW i5: 1. Charging Port Issues: The charging port randomly refuses to open, leaving me stranded multiple times. A basic function that should be reliable simply is not. Every time this happens, I have to jump through hoops to get it working again. 2. Inconsistent Mileage Readings: The miles displayed on the dashboard don’t match how much I’m actually driving. This is not only concerning, but it also raises questions about the accuracy of the vehicle’s entire system. This is a critical flaw, and yet the dealership has offered no explanation or fix. 3. Shattered Console Glass: The glass on the center console mysteriously broke. Despite this being a defect, Arrowhead BMW had the nerve to tell me they weren’t responsible and refused to cover it. This isn’t just poor service, it’s a refusal to take accountability for their product. 4. Lagging Display: The display constantly lags, making it impossible to rely on for navigation or other functions. When I brought this up, they simply shrugged and said there’s no solution. How is this acceptable on a premium vehicle? 5. Collision Center Failure: After a minor rear-end collision, I took the car to their collision center. When I got the car back, there was a huge stain on the back seat that wasn’t there before. They promised to clean it, but when I returned, they admitted they couldn’t get it out and left it at that. This level of incompetence and lack of care is astounding. 6. Screeching Metal-to-Metal Noise: And now, the car is producing a loud, disturbing metal-on-metal screeching noise, making it completely undrivable. I’m currently waiting for a tow truck, yet again, because this car is an ongoing nightmare. Through all of this, Arrowhead BMW has been nothing but dismissive. They’ve denied responsibility for multiple issues that should clearly be covered under warranty. Their service department offers no real solutions, only excuses. It’s evident that once they have your money, they no longer care about you or the problems you face with their vehicles. This isn’t just bad service; it’s negligence. A luxury brand like BMW is supposed to stand for quality and reliability, but that is clearly not the case here. The fact that a vehicle this expensive can have so many serious problems, and the dealership can be so indifferent, is truly appalling. I urge anyone reading this to reconsider doing business with Arrowhead BMW. If you think this won’t happen to you, think again. This dealership has proven itself to be untrustworthy, careless, and completely lacking in customer service. Don’t make the same mistake I did – save yourself the frustration, stress, and money by taking your business elsewhere. More
Hello,we were very disappointed with the outcome w had with Mike Jandran. He was very rude and disrespectful. He should not be working in customer service. He was a pure butthead(I wanted to use another with Mike Jandran. He was very rude and disrespectful. He should not be working in customer service. He was a pure butthead(I wanted to use another word but I know I shouldn't). He said I'm not replacing no battery ,it was on the invoice for a battery and the car might have been sitting. I informed the Manager and the salesperson. I also filed a complaint with customer service Talitha. He should be placed on leave I see there are others in here complaining about Mike. So sad More
Wouldn’t recommend buying any used car from here or trading in your current vehicle. They barely put the cars through the shop and don’t repair safety issues, also if you don’t remove all your stuff fr trading in your current vehicle. They barely put the cars through the shop and don’t repair safety issues, also if you don’t remove all your stuff from the trade in they will give you back half of it and keep the expensive items. I’ve been selling cars for over 3 years now and wouldn’t tell any family friends or anybody to buy a car here. To prefix this I work at a Jeep dealership and was shocked at how terrible the high line service was. I purchased a 2019 Audi sq5 and traded in a 2017 Honda accord. The used car manager Mike Jandran was very rude and condescending to me stating I wasn’t the decision maker because I was calling my dad and boyfriend on concerns I had about the vehicle for their advice. Then tried to tell me that brakes measuring at 4mm were almost brand new… he got very angry and rude when I asked if I could bring the car to my mechanic to take a look at it, he laughed in my face said absolutely not because he knows he sells quality cars and than said how about I take your car to a mechanic and then give you a different value for it. He refused to show me the inspection report saying that it wasn’t loading for him. I asked for them to send me it the next morning and got the run around for a whole day about how they have to get the inspection report from service… which isn’t how it works because a used car manager approves the work to used cars and has access to all inspections and reports on them. At the end of the second day asking for it they sent me a generic fake looking inspection report that looks like a checklist and had the brakes all measuring at 6mm when they were at 4mm I loved the vehicle so I decided to move forward, I texted my sales lady Rebekah Sanchez letting her know I had a pre approval and I was going to come at 4:30. I got there and started filling out the credit app to do the financing with them and my credit union and they told me that there was a customer coming in 30 minutes to buy it cash and if they did before I signed documents they would get the car first even though I was there filling out credit and already agreed on numbers… I did the credit app and watched the sales lady walk around the show room while she sat me in the service lobby and I waited 2 hours for her to tell me I was the one getting the car and I could go to finance after all. Dawn helped me in finance and she was absolutely amazing the only good part about the experience. While I was in finance Rebekah came in to ask for my trade keys never asking if I needed to get something from it or anything. After we finished the paperwork I asked to get stuff out of the car I was trading in and she said it was on a different lot already and the key was locked up said I could come in the next day. I kept following up with her for a couple days and she kept saying she had to email someone to be able to get access to my car to get stuff out of it. I finally came in to get my stuff and didn’t look until I got home and they only gave me the shopping bags I had missing my favorite $150 lululemon sweatshirt. A week went by and Rebekah told me they didn’t find it in the car when my car was posted online with the sweatshirt in the pictures. Than I went through the car wash and my light came out of the car hanging on barely and I asked them what they could do about it and no response no nothing, that happened only 19 days after me owning the vehicle. Long story short this dealership is not friendly and welcoming and they don’t care about long term relationships and building relationships with customers. Maybe different managers and sales associates provide a better experience but Mike and Rebekah made me regretting buying a car I was super excited about from them and took away all excitement from buying a new car. The first tip off, the car is supposed to be new and untitled, but it is listed on their website under used cars. That was tipoff number one. Tip off number two- the car has 71 miles on it, I have never seen a new BMW with 71 miles. Tipoff number three -the car had a clearcoat bra installed, lojack installed, and tinted windows, These appear to be all aftermarket items that someone who had previously purchased the car would have installed. BMW does not offer LoJack on their vehicles!!! I have never known a BMW dealership to offer tinted windows and I do not see clear coating as offered anywhere on the BMW USA website nor do I see LoJack, nor do I see Tinted windows. In my opinion, I think these tricksters were trying to sell a used car, that most likely had been damaged, as a new car, and the giveaway was the personalization that the first owner had made i.e. LoJack, tinted windows and clear bra. I’ve owned six BMWs and I’ve never seen anything like this. I think I’ll stay far far away from this place!!!! From the looks of their reviews on this website, a lot of other people have the same opinion…..CROOKS!!!! More

Three years later it’s time to turn in the vehicle and the service is even worse. The sales rep was extremely condescending and would not lift a finger to help with my inspection or any questions that I had in regard to the lease end. Will never go to this dealership again, and I unfortunately have a bad taste in my mouth for bmw now as well. Dissappointing. Find a different dealership to work with. More

My husband and I both took a time off work to drive an hour out of our way to find out that they aren’t willing and to buy our vehicle. I asked for the GM and was told he isn’t in. I was assisted cooly from a supervisor named Carolina. I am also in the automotive industry and know how these things work and was told they didn’t have approval from the GM. You don’t give a customer an offer, have them get a cashier’s check and schedule an appointment before approval from management. This is what is wrong with the car business. More
I worked with Maurice Bell to purchase a 2018 BMW M5 back in October 2023. He told me the car was in pristine condition. I asked for more detailed pictures and video of the vehicle because they only had 6 on in October 2023. He told me the car was in pristine condition. I asked for more detailed pictures and video of the vehicle because they only had 6 on the website and I was an out of state buyer. He sent me more pictures that were not of the best quality and a video of the car. I called the service department before the car was shipped to ask about vehicle history and if there were any issues with the car on trade in. I spoke with Colin who was very helpful and he told me it was a local trade in and that the car was in good condition mechanically. He said it did have some issues that they needed to address from the trade in which was a dent or scratch on the driver side door, two wheels that had curve rash, and the front bumper. He didn't mention the headlight issue where it is cracked from someone hitting it with something. I asked Maurice on several occasions before the vehicle was shipped if everything was good with the car and he said yes. Upon getting the vehicle transported to NC from AZ as the transporter is taking the vehicle off the truck I noticed the damage to the items Colin said they were fixing plus the damage to the headlight that Maurice lied saying he knew nothing about it. i asked the transporter about this things and he said he brought all of this up to Maurice before he loaded the vehicle on the truck and instead of Maurice calling me to let me know about the damage he tells the driver to load the car. The driver showed me a report with all of the damage he found before he took delivery of the car to bring to NC. Maurice lied so much that upon getting the vehicle I learn that the windshield was also damaged and had a lot of rock chips to the point it needs to be replaced. I called Maurice the next day after the vehicle was delivered and all the lies and games started. He claimed he knew nothing about the damage but it was visible in the video he sent and I also noticed it on one of the pictures they had online of the vehicle where they have a big blue circle around that damaged headlight. He then claims he was going to talk to his sales manager to get it resolved and said he was going to put together a "care package" with some floormats and some other stuff. I told him that is not acceptable and that I wanted them to fix the damage to the car. He then proceeds to tell me that if I can get you a check for $2000 will that help. I told him no that will not help as I got an estimate of $3500 just for the headlight alone and to repair the bumper and install the headlight I was quoted over $5500. Maurice kept promising to talk with his management and have them call me and to send out a check. I ended up calling the dealership and asking to speak to his sales manager by the name of Adam or Angelo who proceed to tell me they would send me a check for $500 and that was the best they could do. I told him that is not acceptable and that I wanted to talk to the GM. He put me on hold then came back a few mins later and said the GM knows about the situation and instead of him having to hear it for a 3rd time he said we can issue a check for $1000. I called Maurice back a few days later to ask what the status was and he said they mailed out a check which was another lie. It is 3 months later and I still have not heard from anyone or received a check. I contacted BMW corporate and let them know about the situation and they got in touch with the GM and explained the situation to him and asked him to call me and guess what not one phone call has been received from him. Anytime I call the dealership to ask for him everyone gets nervous and lies about him not being available and that they will leave a message for him to call me back. I have decided to take legal action against Arrowhead BMW because I was a victim of fraudulent sales practices and false advertisement. I tried to work with them but they got their money and basically ghosted me. More
