Fernando, there’s a couple parts to this review that aren’t true. After the sale, you had then taken the vehicle to over 4 mechanic shops trying to find a problem. After 4 mechanics couldn’t diagnose a problem, you finally found a mechanic who would - the 5th time around. After you had a diagnosis, you then came back to us and asked us for assistance in helping repair the vehicle. We told you we would help, but we needed our mechanic to take a look at the vehicle to provide further assistance because you came to us with a $9000 repair quote and then said “I think my friend can do it for $4000, can you split it” and were just looking for a check, but you never brought the vehicle to us. We even offered to switch the vehicle for a 2014 BMW X5 diesel with over 30,000 less miles for the same price if you felt you weren't satisfied with the one you purchased, but you insisted on keeping the one you originally had bought. As for the “forced” extended warranty - before you had bought the car you were given two payment options: one with a warranty and one without. You said “for $25 difference I’ll take the warranty.” The warranty company has proper channels that need to be addressed before a claim can be approved. As per our discussion neither you nor your mechanic were willing to go through the proper steps in order to successfully submit the claim. Again, as stated to you at the time of purchase this warranty will cover failed components and timing chain was included in that coverage but you were looking to have it replaced in preventative maintenance on a still functioning component which warranty does not cover. We tried to work with you in the beginning, as all that was needed was for the car to be brought back to us to confirm the diagnosis, but you were never able to do it, you even came yourself, but left the vehicle home. Unfortunately, here comes a negative review 8 months after the sale with completely inaccurate information.

Arrow lies when it says that I took the vehicle to 4 mechanics and that I presented a cost of $9,000.00 to repair the vehicle. What I presented was a report that informs the problem and the cost of this repair can be up to $9,000.00. Another lie is that the car was taken to 4 mechanics. The problem is that the car has a diesel engine and the repair would be paid for by an insurance company and most mechanics do not work with insurance companies. Another lie is that I was offered a car to exchange for this one I bought from Arrow. If they had offered I would have switched right away and not waited 7 months to resolve a problem that Arrow should have fixed. What to expect from a dealer like Arrow who doesn't have the ability to deliver a car with the correct keys, without having changed the engine oil, with water leaking in the doors, with bad tires, with the timing chain with problems, with seat heating problems and an endless list of problems that have been solved by me. One more lie I told my friend could fix the car problem for $4,000.00. If it was just this amount I would have paid instead of begging Arrow for help. I even paid now in July 2022 $7,500.00 to repair the vehicle. Regarding the extended warranty, they offered and conditioned the financing to this service. So much so that when I asked to claim the Arrow warranty I was denied and the responsibility passed to the insurance company AUL Corporation. Unlike Arrow Motors, I have all proof of purchase for parts, oil change (they delivered the car without engine oil), tires, text messages sent to consultant Alex, proof of phone calls, email sent to Westlake Financial trying to cancel the financing and return the car to Arrow Motors. Unfortunately, the car sales market has companies like Arrow who lie, who do not fulfill their obligations, who are scammers. Arrow Motors is not a reliable company, especially when they respond with lies. Stay as far away from this bad company as possible, they are scammers.
