I recently was interested in a 2013 Taurus SHO with the performance package. Most of them were across the state and only 2 were nearby. One didn’t have the package I wanted but ARROW MOTORS did. I had to have the car. I called about the car and of course other people were trying to buy it I hurried and out a deposit down to keep it until I arrived the coming day. Took the trip up north, was a rainy day but the weather is becoming more unprecedented as the world continues. A car salesman named, Shawn, took my call and was very passionate and enthusiastic. He kept it honest with me the whole way. I arrive with my parents and they liked him a lot. My dad is a tough nut and hard to convince. He has history with mechanical works from cars to machinery. He has always thought car salesmen were shady and looking to grab more money from you but Shawn has proved that impossible/not the case when going to ARROW MOTORS. 10/10 Customer service. 10/10 Responsiveness. He kept it honest the whole process and let me test drive the car. Everything has been discussed and reviewed a couple times for full disclosure. Shawn has that personality that makes you want to know more about him and brings a smile to your face. He was able to work with us and help us with a deal. I would recommend your entire family, even your generation to visit ARROW MOTORS and look for Shawn. You’ll be taking home the whole lot of cars. Their cars are in tip-top condition and ready for potential buyers like yourself to take home. Great, honest man, Shawn has proven to be the best salesman in NJ so far. Other dealerships rush you into paperwork and are looking to make some extra dollars from you and to get you out the door while speed talking. Salesman Shawn was absolutely AMAZING! ! Was out shopping for my son a car and we were in the area of a swindler auto group who baited us from Bayonne to Elizabeth not having the car on the ! So on the way to another dealership in the we were in passing of Arrow motors where my son and I were politely greeted by Shawn.
